It's two minutes away, he said. You can easily walk that, he said. Seriously? Who does that? Who turns down money like that? What are cabs for if not taking you somewhere when it's difficult for you to get there on your own? I know it wasn't far (but certainly a lot farther than two minutes away), but it was literally POURING RAIN and I was willing to give a damn good tip. Instead, I wobbled slowly home in my non-sensible shoes and arrived home soaking wet and pretty pissed off. I'm usually all for supporting local businesses but this is definitely one I will never phone again.

Booked an arrival and return pick-up, for a total of 98 British Pounds. Not bad at all for a two way ride! ( A Black Cab will cost over 100 Pounds one-way from the airport) My driver called my cell phone at pre-arranged time, upon landing at Heathrow. He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! Avoid this company - UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST! I had booked a saloon car for 4 passengers (2…read moreadults and 2 children) and 2 luggages online with payment in advance (£45). They sent the small hatchback car instead and the tax driver refused to let us get onto his new car even though we thought the luggage would still fit in. He confirmed that the taxi company will despatch another car. After he left, we received the call from the taxi company that there was no car available due to the peak hour on the Friday evening. The company agreed for a full refund however it never happen. Fortunately, I managed to get another taxi to the airport in time for my long haul flight. After a numerous calls with the operators and a call with operation director, Mensur, I was rejected with a refund as per promised. They gave us numerous excuses (eg. boss changes, i was not qualified for a refund as I booked for a small car instead etc) I was very disappointed of the poor service and the dishonesty!
