Derek can repair and, if necessary, replicate any lighting fixture you have and it will be better than the original! I worked for him for over 10 years and have seen him do some incredible work! He was very kind, understanding and helpful to his staff and despite what Mike C. says, he did countless things for his Amish employees. His foreman was Amish and he worked for him for 30+ years until he was killed (hit by a truck) on the way to work a few years ago. He continues to help that family with anything and everything they need. How that is taking advantage of their culture is beyond me. I guess Jayco, Coachmen, Thor and anyone else who employs the Amish do as well. Derek probably wouldn't allow Mike to mark up his product in San Francisco so he decided to leave an unfounded scathing review.
