She gave good clear instructions when using the equipment to make sure I understood what muscles I was using and what muscles i wasn't meant to use. Jill kept constant supervision to make sure I was doing the excercises correctly. It has been about 8 yrs since I did Pilates for a rehab injury, so I felt in good hands with Jill. Pilates is for all ages and all sexes. There is a waiting list to enrol as Jill & ' Warners Bay Pilates' is in demand. Tota recommend.

As soon I was in the chair I'd be sweating and feeling anxious. I have no such fear now. I know that when I come here that the treatment I will receive will be what I need and pain free. I have had some major work done and at no time did I feel pain. Now if I ever get back in the chair and need work done... I might actually go to sleep while it's all happening. It can be difficult to find people who are experts in their field of work, cause there are dentists and their are Dentists. :) This company works for excellence. I can't speak highly enough about them and recommend them to anyone looking. They will even make sure if you have an emergency that they will look after you that day. (this is not a guarantee! ;) )

I was notified of the result and had an excision at 4D 3 weeks later, all very efficient and dare I say relaxing. 2 months later can't even see the scar.
