Im sorry i cant remember all the nurses names and aides, but everyone was so helpful and caring. Mallory was the main nurse during the day and i remember another nurse was Christine I believe at night. I know there were others also and im sorry I cant recall their names. They did their best to answer any questions and were attentive all the time. Its hard being in the hospital anyhow, but it makes it so much easier when you have sensitive and caring people taking care of you.Everyone from housekeeping, nurse aides and all were excellent.

Radiology and the ambulance got payed and had no issues. Over a year later Valley Health's main billing department still can not figure out how to get payed and constantly harasses me. Its not that my insurance wont pay its that they will not submit it properly and the VA kicks it back so they instead harass a disabled Marine corps veteran over their inability to to their job and bill properly. I get phone calls and letters over this bill that WOULD get payed if they just submit it properly. I have called them and tried to sort this issue out but they just keep resubmitting without fixing the issue and cant seem to figure it out. I do not recommend this hospital. If at all possible go anywhere else. They have terrible billing and will try to put you in debt you do not owe due to their own incompetence.

The staff at his office have been wonderful. Post surgery I had to stay at the hospital for 4 days while the pain and vitals were managed as well as the supplies I needed (have to have a vac on my back) arrived and post-surgical care (have to have my dressing changed 3x weekly) was set up. While at the hospital the nurses, CNAs, techs, dietitian, and staff were incredibly great!! They definitely took care of me and treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Hospital visits and stays are never fun and no one likes to be there so how you're treated during a vulnerable and unpleasant time makes a huge difference!! Everyone was very thoughtful, didn't experience any disrespect nor rudeness. Yes, there are different cultures and personalities, but I was very happy with how they took care of me during this painful and uncomfortable time. Thank you all!!

I called for a drink of water and never got it. Eventually, a doctor came to see me, told me I could leave, but did not remove my IV. I asked a nurse if she would remove it. She said no. I proposed to remove it myself, she threatened to call the police. Supposedly, drug addicts remove the IV for illegal use. I am 78, I have never used illegal drugs. My record is pristine. It was insulting to be lumped with lawbreakers. After making six calls for help, I should have called the police because I was being held against my wishes. An irate nurse materialized after the seventh call. She told me off for expecting service, informed me that I was not her only patient, and generally acted in an abusive and unprofessional way. I've called the patient's advocated twice to register a complaint. I don't expect a response. I will just forward this review to my lawyer. I'd give this place a Zero rating, if it were available.

My primary to told me to come here ASAP. The checkin area didn't care what I was here for as the cut me off when I tried to explain but they just wanted my name and DOB to put on a sticker. After sitting for an hour they called me back to get my vitals but don't seem to care what my problem is either. I was literally in the middle of explaining how I feel and happening to me and the lady just cut me off and started asking me there check box questions like do you feel safe at home, do feel suicidal, what medications, then was just like go back out and sit and someone will come get you. 45min and still sitting. Glad I'm not having a stroke or heart attack. They treat you like a box on a conveyor belt that needs scanned and that's all.... don't come here! Update: after sitting the ER waiting room for almost 4 hours, I went to the front desk to ask a question. I let them know I was here because my doctor wanted me monitored In case I had a stroke or heart attack. Their response was sorry we are busy and we don't know when we can get to you and that I could just leave if I wanted... how is this place not shut down.

I want to qualify this review by saying I'm only reviewing their ER, not the rest of the hospital…read moreas I have no experience there. But I had to take my daughter to the ER while on vacation, which is never fun. The staff were friendly, and we were taken to an exam room pretty quickly. But once we were in the room, it seemed as if we were forgotten. Almost an hour went by before anyone came in to see my daughter, and then only after I went out to ask when she'd be seen. I do understand they have other patients that may have been in worse shape than she was, but someone could have at least checked in on us! The doctor who saw her was friendly and seemed compassionate, but after my daughter told her that she was already taking naproxen with no relief from her pain, the doctor wrote her a prescription for.........naproxen. Sorry, but as a nurse this is one of my biggest pet peeves....not everyone who comes into the hospital in pain is a drug seeker, and to simply write a prescription for something they can buy over the counter is unacceptable in my opinion. Especially when they've told you that they're already taking that drug with no results. So while I was ready to give the doc a glowing review for being friendly, she lost some points when that prescription was delivered by the nurse. Sorry doc, but you really should learn to listen to your patients a bit better. So the hospital gets good marks for friendly staff, but I had to ding them for the long wait with no communication and the screw up by the doc on the prescription.

She was released directly onto the street with no assistance or transportation. My mother was later found this morning (November 20, 2025) at her own front doorstep, having spent approximately 15 hours outside overnight. She was sleeping on her front porch with nothing but a thin blanket to keep her warm. The temperatures fell below 40 degrees last night. This is not only unacceptable--it is dangerous, negligent, and inhumane. When I contacted the hospital this morning, staff refused to provide any information regarding her discharge, her condition, or the doctor's evaluation. I have filed a formal complaint, yet no one from the hospital has followed up with me. This level of disregard for a vulnerable elderly patient's safety raises serious concerns about the conduct of both the attending physician and the hospital staff. We will be contacting the appropriate authorities to pursue this matter further and ensure accountability.
