After having seen many physio's, chiropractors, personal trainers, and massage therapists along with some more untraditional therapies I found myself on the Reform and Renew website, to start off with the website itself was the best laid out and most informative that I had looked at. This encouraged me to try R&R. I got in for my initial consulatation very quickly, Abi stayed on so I could come after the dinner routine I have for my kids. During my first session Abi tested out my back and made her diagnosis quickly and efficiently but what I couldnt believe was some of the things she assessed that no one had looked at before. This seemed an encouraging sign. I got home that evening feeling better and also much more informed and positive about my pain. Over the next few weeks after seeing Abi I felt better and better and the time between my treatments extended. I couldn't be more pleased and just last week I started StretchFIT with Abi again and I really felt the benefits. I know this bit will take some time but now I can understand that all of us need to look after ourselves better then we do! I would not hesitate to recommend Abi and Reform and Renew Osteopathy to anyone!

I have been there…read morein various states of agony and always found treatment constructive, thorough and sympathetic. The practice is run by a team of very experienced osteopaths who all have a slightly different approach to their craft. But all use structural and cranial techniques. Their clients vary from the decrepit to the newborn and from the sportsman or woman to the couch potato. They offer a variety of treatment for sports injuries and employ several practitioners in complementary therapies from acupuncture and homeopathy to family counselling, reflexology and shiatsu. The excellent website has profiles on every practioner detailing their approaches and influences. And you can expect to be seen fairly promptly if you are in extreme pain. There is also a clinic on Saturday mornings.
