We were in TC on a family camping trip, prepping to leave for our next location, when we realized…read moreour safety chains had completely disconnected from the frame of our travel trailer. The steel piece holding the chains to the frame had somehow sheered off. Well you can't legally tow without the chains in place, so we were stuck. Calling around for help we found most places couldn't get us in for at least a couple days. Then someone suggested Ace. They took us in first thing the next morning welding a new bar with the safety chains in place. We were on the road within an hour and the cost was much less than we expected. Highly recommend this business for their kind and timely customer service. Many thanks for saving our trip! - Tubbs Family

We started working with Matt Black in 2015. We had already checked with 3 or 4 other modular…read moreoptions in the area, but liked the selection at Pine Grove better. Once we talked with Matt, we said "He's our guy." It took us 2 years to find the right "forever home" property. Matt was with us every step of the way as we plotted the site, worked with the excavator and designed our new home. He was exceptionally helpful when I wanted to modify the floor plan extensively. On top of every detail. Did everything go according to plan? Of course not. Building projects always have their glitches. We were disappointed with some of the finishing work that was not done by the subcontractors. But Matt was with us every step of the way. He responded to the problems immediately. Offered us acceptable alternatives. Cared enough to make us happy. And listened. Our home was completed in late 2017 and we have been there since early 2018. We love it! Especially the additions that we incorporated like the coffered ceilings, exterior extensions, large pantry, walk-in shower, pocket doors and undercounter (giggle) lights in the kitchen. Matt's ability to listen and solve problems with a minimum of muss and fuss is worthy of my highest level of respect. He has integrity. Not planning on building any other homes, but, if we did, Matt would be our guy. No question.
