Purchased a cabin here and the furnace was shot. MD Heat was the consensus recommendation and these folks didn't disappoint. I don't know a thing about HVAC and was a little overwhelmed with all the decisions that go into replacing a whole system. I never felt rushed to decide and a lot of the choices were explained to me a couple of times until I had an understanding. The install took several days and they send a text to alert you the team is en route. MD heating and cooling came out and looked at my daikin split system That was blowing warm air instead of cold he spent not very much time looking it over but chit chatted for a good hour and charged me for 2 hours of work the diagnosis was that there was probably a bad coil and my best bet would be to get a new system which would cost me around $5000. Was not satisfied with his diagnosis and asked someone else to come out and look at it turns out all it needed was a couple of bolts tightened. Where there was a very slow leak. $205 and it was a totally wrong diagnosis in my opinion they owe me back that $200 Since I had to pay that amount to another company to get the proper diagnosis and get it fixed it is now working just fine read more
