The traditional Chinese-style decor, especially the beautiful landscape artwork and lotus wall light, creates a peaceful environment that feels very different from a typical medical office. The waiting area was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire visit. Everything felt organized and comfortable from check-in to treatment. I especially appreciate how the clinic blends modern professionalism with a warm, healing environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that feels both relaxing and trustworthy.

The treatment room was beautifully decorated and created a very calming atmosphere. Dr. Liang performed acupuncture and cupping on the areas where my mom's pain was most severe. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely be coming back for future treatments

Listen, I hate needles and if I can avoid it I will, but I've been to Dr. Tu a handful of times…read moredue to lifting injuries or other injuries. To be honest, acupuncture is my last line of defense and I'll do it as my last resort just because I hate needles, but the fact that I keep coming here to fix myself despite the aversion to needles is a testament to how GOOD Jenny is. If you're an athlete, come here. She will understand, as she's an athlete herself, as she was an elite powerlifter and martial artist. She, as a clinician just "gets it." which is so important as a clinician! I want to show the few times she has literally and figuratively saved my ass: My sciatica. I went on a road trip and it flared up so bad that I contemplated going to the ER. I couldn't even touch the skin around my glutes, it was so bad that I had numbness and tingling in the saddle area, injection of toradol didn't work, vicodin didn't even work. I was in bed laying on my left side for days. I couldn't walk. My entire right side and some of my left from the low back to my heel hurt, and when I got there some of the symptoms subsided in it's intensity but it was still there. I'm a physical therapist, but II couldn't even do the easist exercises I would prescribe to my patients because it hurt so bad. I couldn't even tolerate any soft tissue massage. She did her work and her magic and brought my pain down to a manageable level where I could tolerate walking, sitting and going to a massage therapist (shout out to citris body workx) who aboslutely annhilated my piriformis and then I was fixed. She was able to get deep into the piriformis and into my hamstring insertion points (it was NOT painless but she did such an amazing job) If it weren't for Jenny, I wouldn't have been able to get there. More recently, she helped me with my neck and shoulder problems that have been getting worse over the past couple months and it came to a head a month ago. Again, acupuncture really fixed a lot of muscle trigger points that was causing the pain. and after a day or two I felt so much better. I even started lifting again (lightly). I am still going to her for the same issue, but the fact that I was living with probably an 8/10 pain (dull deep aching pain) and went to a 4-5/10 is amazing. For my sciatica I went from a 10/10 (as in, almost into the ER, sometimes crying) to a 4/10 immediately and was able to tolerate massage work from somewhere else. Also, if you like dry needling (like physical therapists outside of CA and CA athletic trainers do) then she does that as well.

Jenny is by far the best acupuncturist in town. I've had acupuncture done before and I believe and…read moreexperienced it's healing techniques. As an athlete the main goal is injury prevention and when you do get injured, you must immediately make it a priority to seek professional help. I came in because of shoulder pain. She assessed my shoulder and treated it with cupping, acupuncture, and stem. She believe it will heal within weeks. I'm very pleased with her work!

Oh, how I miss Grace and her magical hands. Every time I go back to visit the Los Angeles area, I…read moremake time to see Grace and have her work her magic. No, acupuncture is not magic. But Grace's hands are. I have not been able to find another acupuncturist (and I have tried many) who can compare or even come close. I have a slipped disc and sciatica. Unfortunately, this happened when I had no medical insurance. So, for one year, I was flat on my back in excruciating pain, popping prescription cocktails, mixing any and all pain relievers, muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory pills just to relieve the pain a little, but not much. One day, a friend asked if I had tried acupuncture. No, not a single time. So, he referred me and was kind enough to drive me (since I couldn't drive). Grace is the most petite little lady, and she has the most gentle face! She takes you into a private room and asks about your symptoms and medical history. Then she gives you a hospital gown and leaves the room. I put the hospital gown on and keep my loose shorts on. Then she comes back and starts to work. My pain was so bad, and my muscles had tensed up so much, that she had to do a deep tissue massage before she could start the acupuncture. Oh, WOW. I couldn't stop laughing! I was laying there on my stomach, laughing through the hole in the massage table. Did it tickle? No. Was I feeling bashful? No. I was laughing because I thought, "I'm paying this little lady to beat the ish outta me!" But that's my reaction to deep tissue ;-) The truth is, her deep tissue did not leave me sore afterwards (and I have had some very expensive deep tissue massages from some very pricey places that always leave me sore). Grace takes as much time as is necessary to make you feel better. Post deep tissue massage and acupuncture (order varies, depending on what your body needs), she stretches you out and has you feel out how you feel. For me, considering I often walked in hunched over, stumbling in, she would have me get up and walk back and forth a few times. Strange, I can walk normally...and straight! In the cases when I was in a very bad state and the two treatments didn't cut it, she pulled out the cups. Oh, how I love cupping. She places these suction cups along the appropriate meridians or lines, and you can feel the toxins being sucked out of your body. Funny thing is, she told me they will only leave those bruise/red marks if there is pain. Pschaw. Yeah right! So she put them all along my left leg (which isn't affected by sciatica and has no pain) -- just as many as she used on the sciatica stricken right leg. I was shocked! My right leg was covered in circular purple marks. My left leg? As she removed the cups, there was a light pink ring from pressure which disappeared within minutes. No marks on the left leg!!! I kid you not, I walked normally out of every session. I started seeing her weekly or bimonthly. And as I got better and better, I went once a month for maintenance. Also, you can't beat the price! $40 per session. How long is each session? As long as you need. My sessions ranged between 1 hour and 2 hours. Was there any extra charge for going over or adding cupping or extra acupuncture? Not a penny. She does accept some insurance, but I never used insurance. I couldn't tell you if she takes cash only. I just always took cash. If you want to give her a try, call her. But get the location. She has moved locations, but her number is the same. I would update the location, but I have misplaced the address since I moved to San Francisco. On my next visit to Los Angeles, I will go visit her and update the address. ;-)
