2 minutes ago This is one of the most wonderful facilities…read moreand clinics I've ever came encounter of. No line no waiting you when there in 15 minutes you out before you know it. The receptionist is so nice not a split racism in her eyes in her spirit I was taken four blood pressure medicines. Until I seen doctor Jessica Skinner a family nurse practitioner she cares about her patients now I'm down to 2 blood pressure pills. This doctor I recommend if you are in the Rockford Illinois area or Loves Park area make sure you go and asks for her. She takes time and listen to her patients even on her off days she stills call and check on her patients. If you are sick she will go to Extreme measures to make sure that you are 200% healthy. She loves everybody regardless of race color religion or creed or sexual orientation she loves you like a human being. The staff is wonderful. Whatever the problem is don't hesitate talk to her she will listen to you and she will find a solution to your problem. She will go to the extra mile to make sure that her work is complete. I recommend no other doctor but her. Some doctors and Nurse practitioners live so far away from this area it's cost some gas and time. To go to work but she's making a sacrifice to make sure that her Patients are well taken care of she care about your well being.and your health. Especially diseases like high blood pressure cancer diabetes and etc she care. She send you to a lot of specialist If she cannot find a solution. But at the end of the day she still care I've never met a doctor like this A day in my life until I found her. She is wonderful she is great there a few doctors out here that doesn't care about their Patients they only there for a pay check. Some doctors will go to the extreme mile to make sure that they care about your health and your spirit I live one hour away from this Clinic but I don't care I will go to that extra mile to come to this doctor because I know she's going to do an excellent and wonderful job I don't even care if my insurance paid this for clinic $1,000. As long as I am 100% healthy that's what all matters children elderly specially adults if you need a clinic and a specialist this is the place. She Will write you a prescription and she wants to see you in a week to see if you help me if you missed the appointment she will get on you that someone that truly cares. Despite of negativity what people will say about this clinic I think otherwise they are not prejudice to me. No Bigotry no racism whatsoever I've never seen it all I see is a beautiful spirit that loves her patients. This clinic I give it 500 stars up

I went here in 2022 for assistance with weight loss and pain management for my knees. I told Dr…read more Cevene himself what my insurance would and would not cover, he was quick to brush off what I said and make everything seem doable. I was presented with a contract of sorts that mapped out what all he was suggesting I do through them. I agreed on this contact a total maximum amount I would pay out of pocket, I kept records of my payments made from my debit card. Applied payments to each appointment, I also had to keep track of appointments not to exceed the amount I was liable for. They kept making appointments past the date I would meet my maximum. I think this was done to make it to where I would be liable for more then I agreed to pay. Well like I told them my insurance did not cover injections to my knees, all through this process I made them aware that my insurance does not cover the injections, they kept saying it would all work out. After all my appointments, physicial therapy, injections and weight loss consults. Cevene pain management kept billing my insurance for the injections, this was back in 2022 it's now 2026 and they continue to bill my insurance. This place is resentless. In my opinion they are shady and just want to milk your insurance then you for services that should not have been done. If I knew then what I know now I would not have gone through with any treatment. I now can't even get the billing department to return my calls. RUN FROM THIS FACILITY.

Fair warning. Do not use Physicians immediate care on Sandy Hallow & Alpine. Their staff is lazy…read moreand completely rude. They don't close until 8pm. We got there at 7:30. They had the lights dimmed to appear closed. I walk in and nobody was at the front desk. I could hear laughing coming from the back room. Three minutes later what looked like a nurse came out and refused to help me. I called this morning and was told if I was there by 7:30 that I could be seen. This is not the first time that I've had problems at that location. I was supposed do do a pre employment drug screen. Now because of laziness and ignorance. I might miss out on a once in a lifetime opportunity. I'm so disappointed and upset that I don't know what to do. Physicians Immediate Care do better!
