I have been seeing Dr. Heather & Dr. Amy for chiropractic care for over a year. It's made a…read moresignificant difference in my overall well being. I always look forward to spending time on their table because it makes such a huge difference in how my body feels. A few reasons I love Freedlunds: 1. I can get adjusted without the cracking and popping because I'm chicken and I'll yelp (no pun intended) when it happens. Buuut sometimes I need a good crack to release the tightness and Amy is your girl for that. 2. It's easy in and out. The wait is minimal and the adjustment is quick. If you're busy this is a great plus. 3. The atmosphere they provide is calm and caring. You really feel good being in their space. And you know they care about you. That's priceless. 4. They have a nutritionist, Carrie, that brings a whole other realm of wellness. I've done the brain span test and it's given me great info as to the health of my body & brain and what I could do about it. 5. They carry a very high quality line of supplements to support your wellness. It's chosen by Carrie and heather and you know it's vetted as effective and clean. And they are reasonably priced. 6. The ladies in reception are friendly and fun to talk to. 7. They have great hours that accommodate you no matter what your schedule. Great place. Great people. Great service. 100% recommend.

At one point he told me that he's blunt and if that bothers me, then he isn't the doctor for me. After he told me the following, I realized that more than for him being blunt, he in fact, was not the doctor for me: * We have two problems. One, how much do you weigh?!?! (Said incredulously.) And two, I don't know if my x-ray machine will go through "all that tissue." * Okay, let's see if we can get a decent image through "all that tissue." * Well, I got a good enough image, but now I have to see if I can even get you on the table. And I'm not sure I can get to the problem area anyway through "all that tissue." * When I put the table back up, you'll need to lean all the way forward or you're going to tip the table with "your build." * I will do what I can for you, maybe help you 30-40%, then you should be more mobile, and you can (circles his hand in the air around my middle) begin to take care of "that." I went here in 2022 for assistance with weight loss and pain management for my knees. I told Dr…read more Cevene himself what my insurance would and would not cover, he was quick to brush off what I said and make everything seem doable. I was presented with a contract of sorts that mapped out what all he was suggesting I do through them. I agreed on this contact a total maximum amount I would pay out of pocket, I kept records of my payments made from my debit card. Applied payments to each appointment, I also had to keep track of appointments not to exceed the amount I was liable for. They kept making appointments past the date I would meet my maximum. I think this was done to make it to where I would be liable for more then I agreed to pay. Well like I told them my insurance did not cover injections to my knees, all through this process I made them aware that my insurance does not cover the injections, they kept saying it would all work out. After all my appointments, physicial therapy, injections and weight loss consults. Cevene pain management kept billing my insurance for the injections, this was back in 2022 it's now 2026 and they continue to bill my insurance. This place is resentless. In my opinion they are shady and just want to milk your insurance then you for services that should not have been done. If I knew then what I know now I would not have gone through with any treatment. I now can't even get the billing department to return my calls. RUN FROM THIS FACILITY.
