I did not want to see a chiropractor any more because I would be in more pain when I left than when I came in. About 3 years ago, I began having tingling and pain down one of my legs. I tried an accupuncturist and was dissatisfied. Then a coworker referred me to Dr. Danielle Anderson. I went to her initially wanting acupucture, but she talked me into giving chiropractic another try. Dr. Danielle has a completely different approach to chiropractic than those who I had seen before. She applies a moist heat pack, then massages a little, and finally adjusts the spine. I can't say that the adjustment is gentle, nor can I say say it is rough. She applies an appropriate amount of pressure and gets great results. I have not yet walked out of her office feeling worse than when I came in. Also unlike her Palmer counterparts, Dr. Danielle does not pressure me into seeing her once a week indefinately. I see her when I need to see her. I cannot say enough about how much I love seeing Dr. Danielle! As if having a great experience at her office wasn't enough, her office is on a farm with various birds, zebras, lemurs, arctic foxes, horses and many other animals you can peek at from the waiting room window. Also, her fees are very reasonable and she is flexible with scheduling appointments.

Unfortunately my visit to this one was the result of an injury. Now, I grew up seeing a chiropractor, so I'm no newbie to this. On my first visit I was seen by Dr. Spadafino. We went through a series of range of motion exercises so she could check where I was at and she took x-rays. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get adjusted that first visit but she said she had wanted to read my x-rays. I get it. I came in a couple days later and she showed me what was wrong. She recommended that I come in three times a week for the next three weeks. I believe in the treatment, so I complied. About midway through my sessions, because I was driving in from an hour away and we were moving, I asked if we could postpone treatment until after our move. She told me she wanted to stay ahead of the "subluxation" in my spine. Because I believe in the treatment, I coincided. On my last visit for my treatment, she told me she wanted to now see me two times a week for the next three weeks. Okaaaay. I just could not commit to that. I would spend two hours (there and back) in the car for a ten minute adjustment. I feel like the Dr's here are good but I'm used to receiving a little bit more from a chiropractic experience. My previous chiropractor was also a naturopath and did a lot with kinesiology and sold Standard Process vitamins. I felt treated more as a whole person rather than just fragmented parts. Also, the building is dingy inside. You'd think with the amount of money this place is bringing in they could update the place and make it nice. Dirty carpeted floors, harsh lighting, not to mention they still use paper for everything (intake forms, billing) I like places that are a little more environmentally friendly. But maybe that's scheduled for a day in the future? Not the best chiropractic experience I've ever had, but fortunately not the worst either.

I've been to several chiropractors in the past, and Jim is by far the best. Unlike others, he didn't push expensive x-rays or require me to come in for weeks of unnecessary visits. I told Dr…read more Cevene himself what my insurance would and would not cover, he was quick to brush off what I said and make everything seem doable. I was presented with a contract of sorts that mapped out what all he was suggesting I do through them. I agreed on this contact a total maximum amount I would pay out of pocket, I kept records of my payments made from my debit card. Applied payments to each appointment, I also had to keep track of appointments not to exceed the amount I was liable for. They kept making appointments past the date I would meet my maximum. I think this was done to make it to where I would be liable for more then I agreed to pay. Well like I told them my insurance did not cover injections to my knees, all through this process I made them aware that my insurance does not cover the injections, they kept saying it would all work out. After all my appointments, physicial therapy, injections and weight loss consults. Cevene pain management kept billing my insurance for the injections, this was back in 2022 it's now 2026 and they continue to bill my insurance. This place is resentless. In my opinion they are shady and just want to milk your insurance then you for services that should not have been done. If I knew then what I know now I would not have gone through with any treatment. I now can't even get the billing department to return my calls. RUN FROM THIS FACILITY.
