SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!I wish I had done my research before hiring this law firm and trusting them…read morewith my hard-earned money. I paid for my bankruptcy back in April 2025, and it's now November 2025, seven months later absolutely nothing has been filed. Charles did absolute nothing with my case. Month after month, I called and emailed asking for updates, and every time I was told someone would "get back to me." No one ever did.. What makes it worse is how convincing Charles was in the beginning. He comes across as kind, patient, and professional during the consultation just to gain your trust. But once they have your money, that's where the professionalism ends. You won't hear from anyone again, and your case will sit untouched. I finally asked for a refund, and still haven't received it. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with a business. They took my money, wasted my time, and gave me nothing in return. Update 11/26/2025 I spoke to Charles on 11/10 and he gave me a fedex tracking number and told me I would receive my refund in two days. Two weeks and no refund. I had to go up to his office today, the day before Thanksgiving and DEMAND my refund. He kept blaming the delay on his "accountant". HE IS SCAMMER !!! DO NOT HIRE HIS OFFICE TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. I am also reporting him to the BBB and the AGC.

Elliot genuinely believed in my case, made me feel like a priority, and always had my best interests at heart. My car accident was (fortunately) not serious enough to merit their legal team's help, but I couldn't have been more appreciative of the fact that on my very first call, the receptionist was able to put me on the phone with an available lawyer who asked me a series of questions regarding my accident and even though we determined that he wouldn't be able to help me, he still stayed on the phone and continued to answer questions on how I could solve my medical and insurance issues on my own. I ended the call feeling better educated about my accident and respected as a potential client. I would certainly recommend The Taub Law Firm to family and friends and they will be my first call should I ever need council in the future.

I don't understand their reputation among developers. They are horrible…read more 1. Overpriced. Their lawyers do not have the pedigree and credential but they believe they do. But, I don't believe from what law school you graduated from as an indicator of your worth. It's your work product. It's hard to tell if you're not a lawyer but after a couple of years of reading their work product, you start to see who the smart ones are and if they are truly dilligent. Unfortunately, Rosenberg's laweyers' work product is nowhere near what they get paid. I am honest when I say this as someone who's knows the legal field, I genuinely believe that their hourly rate is double than what they are worth compared to their peers. 2. Technical Ability is Mediocre. Real estate lawyers can be really spotty. In other words, it can be really difficult to find competent ones among the incompetent. So, you need to be careful and initially micro-manage. From what I experienced, I didn't find any lawyers that struck me as very good. I wouldn't feel safe leaving a case in their hands to make the correct decision. Make sure to make the decisions. There are much cheaper places that produce much better quality. Seriously. 3. A very important trait to look for in a lawyer is whether the lawyer is more concerned about protecting themselves or you. If you are a lawyer or have dealt with a lot of lawyers, you know exactly what I mean. These are lawyer that are not only concerned about themselves, but also their pocketbook. It's so blatant that I'm surprised more people don't say something. Well, all law firms do this, you say. They are all concerned about themselves first and try to push the hours as most as they can get away with. But this firm really pushes the line. If you're a whale, they are going to fleece you. If you are too small for them, they are going to take all your money and then say goodbye. I'm sure everyone knows this if you are looking for a law firm like Rosenberg but make sure to: 1. Always go over each line item on their bill. I do and there is nothing to be shameful about it. It's shameful that they try to get away with such ridiculous numbers. Remember they can't charge you for this. 2. Ask for everything they submit to the court and read it and see if it sounds like a 2nd grader wrote it. 3. I can't remember anything anymore but I'll update when I do!
