(The closing was a somewhat atypical because it was an estate sale, but still.. surely a lawyer's job would have a handle on this. It was obvious to the COOP atty.) This was a major problem for both the seller and I, who had to make all kinds of adjustments to plans that cost each of us money. Kane did get the correct docs and everyone had to make the time to return to the conference room for the closing two weeks later -- though at that closing Kane was 35 minutes late because he was sitting in the wrong conference room.
