I called in complained and they just blew me off, not good, when the did come back they said they would be back to finish tomorrow, 2 days to do 2 small room and stairs, smh. The next day they returned and did the same thing, left the poor guy here to do all the work, come to find out it was the older gentlemens son, he had remarried to a young girl and they all ways do this to them. What who they give you to install your carpet. not good.

So Jesse came to our house today to do a estimate on my backyard…read more You would think the first thing that a person would do would be to introduce themselves. Let them know who your name is and what company you work for and what may I do for you to help you out but nothing not even as a significant interest in gaining your respect or business. That was the first mistake. The second mistake was looking around my property like I was a second natured compared to her Jesse that I was not as important because I wasn't a rich, motherfucker that she was expecting. I wasn't happy with the second idea, so as I went along with listening to what she was explaining for my backyard, I gave some questions on what if I was in this? She stated that it wouldn't last as long because it was concrete or my idea that I should go with I'm sorry, honey I don't work on Commission.! So maybe next time it'd be a good idea to greet yourself shake your customers fucking hand and maybe listen to what they have to say and then give your thoughts to make things better but don't walk out to somebody's property and act like your shit is bigger than mine. Just because I don't make as much money as you do. I am not a fan of Jesse's. I think I could do the job better and cheaper than she can come up with. Now her boss Cody gave a different pricing you don't know the job and you're not experienced in a particular position I wouldn't give out pricing piss off the client (ME) when you're gonna give me a price less than what Jesse is gonna give me! So I'm sorry was not a fun exclusive for the company. I'm sure she was tired as I but don't come into my property acting like that. Your shit is better than you have no idea how big and shit is when I'm the one who owns the property. am the maybe you should treat me like I am. Maybe that you want my business, not a stuck up bitch! The way that this works you do a job for me. I pay your bills you treat me well. I treat you better. I guess you don't know how that works though!

Things started off good with Joe and his crew but when all was said and done he left us with…read moreseveral issues that we ended up having to spend extra money on to resolve. We spent over $75K for his services and in the end he just stopped returning my texts. The three biggest issues he left us with, were a washing machine that drained straight into our crawl space and onto a wooden beam that supported the house, a spot in our flooring that gave in when you walked on it that he assured me he fixed (we live over 2 hours from the home he was renovating and took him at his word on this) and an air conditioning unit that didn't work after construction was done that we later found out after hiring an HVAC guy was a broken wire from the thermostat to the unit that wasn't broken before construction started. We ended up having to run a whole new line to the unit to fix the issue. In time and money we probably spend an extra $1000 to fix these issues and there are still a few smaller things that need attention but that we cannot get to right now. All and all we just weren't satisfied with the quality of work for the amount we spent. BTW, he has changed the name of his business from URC to Universal Interiors Remodel
