I needed a kitchen wall cabinet and microwave installed. The cabinet looked like it was falling…read moredown so I needed it fixed before installing the microwave. I had several people that offered to help. When one person tried to get the cabinet fixed, it fell apart. I had to find new cabinet. I could not find a 30 x 16 wall cabinet. 30 x 18 was too big. I got a 30 x 14. Several people, who I now call idiots tried to install the new cabinet, cutting holes in all the wrong places. They also marked up the wall and ceiling in the wrong places and drilled holes all over the place. I'd had enough. Beside not knowing what they were doing the stove was moved out if the way. I had no microwave or stove to cook. I put a request on Yelp and a savior named Michael the owner of the Transformation Shop replied. After I told him my horror story he said he would look at everything and see if it could be done and give me a quote. Two days later he showed up said he could fix it all up and gave me a very reasonable quote. I accepted the quote. Instead of setting up a date to fix it, he jumped right in and started work at once. It took him about 2 hours and it was completed. I was so excited. It was after 4 when he arrived so I thought it would be several days before I could actually cook in my own kitchen after a month trying to get this work done. I had a microwave and stove and my kitchen looked fabulous. I thanked the good lord for sending Michael to save me from a total disaster. He was great to talk to, he asked my opinion on options, and most of all he listened. I could not be happier or more excited than I am. My girlfriend stopped by and she was amazed at how great it looked and was functional. Thanks Michael for a great job. I'm sure I'll be calling you again.

I called in complained and they just blew me off, not good, when the did come back they said they would be back to finish tomorrow, 2 days to do 2 small room and stairs, smh. The next day they returned and did the same thing, left the poor guy here to do all the work, come to find out it was the older gentlemens son, he had remarried to a young girl and they all ways do this to them. I sat at her desk with my preferred single mount Phister faucet in November 2023. There was NO responsibility on my part for Winteriors error. It was determined by Thompson Plumbing during the initial install that my chosen fixture would not work. I have been billed $280.00 from Thompson plumbing for 2 vanities. I am responsible for 1 install for the CORRECT product. Consumer beware: It's a nice showroom. Unfortunately, customer service is null. Angel C. is not an asset to the business. She is very curt, unwilling to discuss her error in a reasonable professional adult manner. Angel is not angelic and she yells.
