Since I started with them 2 years ago, my homeowners went up 50% and auto a 100%. I have no claims, no accidents, no tickets. The milewise program is a joke. Beware, AllState is bait and switch re rates. Further, customer service is terrible. For example, my home inspection revealed issues, my agent did not contact me, I learned via a letter I was cancelled- after ending my previous insurance. It was resolved but my agent should have contacted me. Everything is a hassle. They bill per car every 6 months so increases are hard to recognize. The milewise devices go out frequently, and after rebooting to correct, one still has to contact them. The app is always down. Word to the wise- avoid AllState.
