There's PLENTY of parking since it's such a huge plaza, but it can get quite busy with all of the cars going in and out. The main intersection you enter in and out can get REALLY ugly with cars not following right of way, the lanes to turn left backing up into the intersection, etc., so if I can avoid it and just exit near the UPS Store I would. I feel like at a certain point they really should put traffic lights there, but on dead times it's not so bad honestly. As for other things, sometimes there's vagrants wandering around (camping behind the Salvation Army), one time a guy was peeing outside of his car, the letters are always being stolen from the Heights sign, and there used to be car meets here before they were shut down. I just really like that this place is quite close to me.

The mall gives an eerie, abandoned feeling as most stores are closed and certain areas are permanently closed off. I still like to go to Round One for the crane machine games and to watch a movie every now and then. These were times that I had to park all the way near the main road and walk a farther distance. Not too bad, just a warning. All the other times, it's pretty busy due to the gym and Tokyo Central here, but it's manageable, just be careful since I had a friend's car get scuffed since fools think they can just idle in front of the post office. I feel like I'm here almost every week, if not every other week. The plaza has a Baskin Robbin's/Dunkin Combo, Lan Noodle, a Cantonese restaurant, a dumpling restaurant, Rainbow Donuts, Taco Bell, some tutoring, beauty, and other businesses, Meow Tea and Miko's Pet Supplies with the cat adoption and cafe section, the Post Office, Tokyo Central, the gym, and a pet hospital. There's definitely more here, but since I don't peruse those businesses, I won't list them willy nilly. Towards the vet, there's rows of Tesla chargers. Sucks that they have those now, since before they did they had a little side walk section with benches and just places to low key hang out if you grabbed food and wanted to sit there. During the holidays, either the plaza staff or other close business staff put inflatable Christmas Minions there. Now with the chargers, no more...

This was THE place to go to and get dropped off at or take the bus and walk to when I was in high school/early college before I was able to drive. I'm going to out myself as a fossil, but do you remember Life Plaza? Genki Living? Cue? Arcade Infinity? We really had it all back then. I'm even mourning the loss of our Cocoichibanya to this day that used to exist here. So many great businesses that have come and gone and so many years of my life spent here, great memories, sad memories, and memories with people who are no longer in my life. When I had to live in the horrific midwest, I would await the day I get to visit Diamond Plaza again. But that's just rose colored glasses. Yes, lots of businesses and some really good eateries have come and gone (crazy that Gen and Ten Ren's got eliminated), but now the plaza is SUPER FISTED. Probably due to the Chubby Cattle and the popularity of the other places to grab dinner and go to the Duo Duo Snacks. I used to be able to finesse parking in the back area or to the side near the freeway, but now you have to circle around much more often and the parking pit can't guarantee anything to you. Alongside parking being a PvP zone and no regard for human life, you gotta really watch yourself. I'm glad Sul and Beans is still around and that regardless of all the changes, you can always guarantee that there's good food here. Big fan of the Duo Duo Snacks, and it's nice that there's an anime store here (though the prices are a bit high and it's filled with mostly shonen slop).

(channeling my Bryan Lloyd Danielson wwe voice) Location/Parking: Located on the SW corner of Fullerton Rd. and Colima. Believe it or not, but this location had "Life Plaza" back in the days. Parking can be hard to find during peak times. Some Establishments Currently Located In The Plaza: BCD, Banana Bay, Tastea. and Matcha Cafe Maiko, to name a few. Ambiance/Decor: Pretty cool ambiance/decor. They have a section of the plaza that has a beautifully designed outdoor patio area, which is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The vibrant neon lights add an enchanting touch to the atmosphere, especially at night, creating a lively and festive mood. I feel like I'm going to trigger a sleeper agent here, but if you remember Cue! and MVP shooters, then you have elite ball knowledge and know what this plaza was like in its prime. If you go here at an off time or mostly during the weekdays, parking is doable, but if you're here on a Friday night or weekend, good luck, it can become a PvP zone here and there are many many cars that aren't compact parking in the compact section. During a particularly busy night, I've even seen shattered glass from a car that was broken into despite there being so many cars and people around, so be careful! As for value, there's a good chunk of casual eats and treats here (currently) that aren't too pricy like the new Chinese snack shop, Matcha Maiko, Honu Hawaiian, and Boba Ave 8090, and some slightly nicer eats like Sushi Rev and Yumiyaki (soon another Chubby Cattle Empire restaurant is joining this plaza). There's Korean tofu soup, Thai food, ice cream, congee, skewers, lots of businesses open later at night, and a little bit of shopping. Lots of memories made here.
