It's what happened after that may have you second guessing about doing business with this man at Century 21 Fairways. Out of the blue William called me asking if I was selling my home. I told him no, and then he gave me a sob story asking me to loan him some money. The story was that he got kicked out of his moms house for dating a person she didn't approve of. Also that his ex cleaned out his account of $40,000. Me thinking that this dude has a job and helped me get my home, no problem. I've been down before and needed help. Boy was I wrong, Wild Willy turned into Slick Willy and pulled a fast one on me. He gave me the run around for weeks and avoided my calls and text, until I called him at Century 21 Fairways. I had to pretend I wanted to buy a house to get him on the phone. Still no luck for me. So I gave him the option to pay me back or I'll just let everybody know what kind of person he is. So here we are. I had to hide the cash app name because I sent it to somebody he owed money to. That person did not want their info involved with this. He wanted me to be very secretive about the loan because he didn't want anybody to know he was broke. I believe the secrecy was because he is into white nose candy. I can't prove that statement, but from the way he was acting and sniffling, I made my own observation. Don't say that I didn't warn you.

I have contacted Parry Customer homes back on June 6th,2018 asking for an appointment and because…read morelack of availability of a representative we confirmed that we will be meeting on June 20th,2018 at 5:30 pm EST. I could sense that the representative was not interested to earn my business and initially wanted to make the scheduling so hard so that I can take my Business somewhere else and next when I get the the appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance their plan was not to be at the showroom. I had a hunch and contacted them in the morning to reconfirm our appointment but at noon I got the email back that there is scheduling conflict and they just cancelled my appointment. I have to make advance arrangements to get off work earlier and open up my schedule to accommodate their schedule. I also took the initiative to reconfirm the appointment or I would have been driving all the way to find out that no one is available at your showroom. When I email them on the day of the appointment I got a reply back around noon that there is a scheduling conflict and they are cancelling my appointment without an option to move the appointment in earlier hour or later hours. Later I was emailed that If I like I can book the appointment on any other day . How can their be scheduling conflict when the appointment was done 2 weeks in advance and discussed in detail and why I was not informed well in advance of a scheduling conflict till I contacted them or would have been standing outside their showroom. If they can't accommodate a prospective customer on more then 2 weeks advance notice and also don't inform them of schedule change unless the customer checks back on the day of the appointment I am not sure how the service would be in the future if we decide to proceed with them.
