Dr. Parker is the best vet in the area. I wouldn't take my cat to anyone else. I hope he is in practice for many years to come.

Dr. Kids love a a wonderful and compassionate doctor. She is easy to talk to and she doesn't speak…read moredown to you. She has treated our family's pets for many years. Yes , she may be a bit more expensive however in most things you get what you pay for. If you are looking for top quality care from a skilled professional then this is the vet for you.

So glad to see Mark M.'s review. His horror story inspired me to share mine. I took my Basset…read moreHound puppy for some routine procedure, maybe nail trim. An assistant came out and took Fiona, my Basset, away and then after a few minutes came and got me and took me into a small room and told me that Fiona has "pocket" around her upper fangs and the teeth should be removed immediately. I asked her to let me see Dr. Kidd. She said that wouldn't be possible, but that the Dr. could pull the teeth today, which would be life saving for the dog. I asked the assistant more than once what "pockets" were and she never explained it to me. I felt that this woman was not very bright. I felt she was a flunky for the vet/in love with the vet (she looked like a diesel dyke to me). I was naive to the possibility that a veterinary practice could be a scammer. THIS ONE IS!! I thought vets helped animals. I found out that Dr. Kidd hat two kids (human) in college and I realized that she was raking in the money to pay for their education. Who knows? I allowed the procedure and I have regretted it for the last 10 years or so. Now I am very aware that vets are not always in business to help my animal. They have their own agenda. I would not have given Mt. Zion Animal Clinic one star, but I had to in order to post this review.
