This lady takes awesome care of her dogs, making sure they are healthy and happy. Her friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable, and the dogs are absolutely gorgeous. My husband's dream dog has always been a bull terrier. A dog we had never actually seen in person. For anniversary my daughter and I started searching and found a Topnotch Bull Terriers. The owner was extremely communicative with us the entire time during our selected puppy's early weeks of life. We received daily pictures and videos of him playing with his siblings and the entire experience made us feel much better about having an addition to our family that we had never actually met before. Brandy was amazing throughout the entire process and even to this day still checks on the progress of our puppy, I Pluto. She arranged for transportation for him from her facility to Florida and the entire transaction was seamless. She provided certificates of health and also required us to have some background checks done. Stay away from this breeder! My friend adopted a male dog from a local Bull Terrier rescue only to be challenged with extreme aggression and anxiety that would result in the dog trying to attack her. My friend was instructed to bring the male dog back to the breeder and unfortunately this is how she came to meet Brandi. Brandi assured my friend that she would work with the male dog and try to help him so he might be rehomed to someone more equipped to deal with his issues. Within a week my friend received a call from an out-of-state vet (who had scanned the dog's microchip to retrieve her contact information) because Brandi rehomed the dog within the week, did not disclose the dog's history, the dog attacked the new owner, and was subsequently put down. On the day she brought the male dog back to Brandi, my friend adopted a two-year-old female dog who had previously been used for breeding purposes. Her growth was stunted, a clear sign that the dog was bred too early, and had a heart condition that Brandi did not disclose. Sadly the dog passed away last week, just days shy of her fifth birthday. Brandi needs to be shut down and stop breeding from this line. Clearly there is a well-documented history of congenital deformities, parasitic infections, and aggression. So sad for these poor dogs. read more

Never has there been a more compassionate bully breeder. Brandi does her research and works with her veternarian to be sure she breeds a quality dog. I have had two other bullies and they were great. However, our Hank is the best one yet. He is intelligent, a problem solver, funny, playful, loves all dogs and people he meets and he gives us more love as his owners than you can imagine. We researched breeders for about a year in search for bull terriers. We came across "Top Notch Bull Terriers", and got in contact with Brandi right away . Communication was always great. Brandi is very professional, and breeds the best bullies! We were on the waiting list for about a year, before we got ours. Brandi worked with us, always answered any questions, gave us advice , and even now that we have had our Bullie for 18 months, she still replies to any questions we have. She has been very helpful even until now and we are forever grateful for our bullie. Our 8 year old was terrified of dogs before Dexter, he now loves all dogs because of Dexter (our Bullie ). This is long, but all I would like to say is be careful when dealing with the owner, Brandi. In 2016 my husband and I rescued a dog that was bred by Brandi. We did not rescue him directly from Brandi, the family that purchased him from her had given him to a rescue after he ended up with a broken leg and they couldn't pay for his medical care. Fast forward a few months later and we brought him home and were completely in love with him (we also had just lost our Bull Terrier a few months prior after having her 11 years). He was only 9 months old, and he was a little mouthy but just seemed like he needed training. It calmed down after a month or two. Five months in out of nowhere he became aggressive towards only me. Super aggressive. Tried to repeatedly lunge at my face without warning. We tried everything. He was put on Prozac, we took him to multiple specialists, and we did everything we possibly could for another 7 months. He and I had to be separated at all times and my husband was handling him. This devastated us. We eventually realized we were not able to help him. We reached out to several different bull terrier rescues to try and find someone that was willing to help, and eventually found one that would. After they reviewed his information they ended up contacting Brandi and told us she was willing to take him back to try and help him. Great! We started communicating directly with her and setting up a date to bring him to her. She then told us she had a little girl she was done breeding that needed a home. She said she wasn't the size she wanted and her last pregnancy she had to have a C-section and only one of her nine puppies lived. We were told she was healthy and had just been spayed. She told us she's give us the records. While we weren't sure we'd be ready for another dog and felt a little guilty because we couldn't help Frankie we agreed to meet her. We met Ellie and we knew we couldn't leave without her. She was the sweetest and most affectionate girl we'd ever met. Brandi said she would call her vet after the weekend for her records to be sent. They never came. We brought her to our vet a couple of weeks later to be checked and we were told she had a stage 4 heart murmur. Pretty bad, especially for a 3 year old. They checked her heart and told us it wasn't even a shape anymore. They also said she had arthritis in her back. When I told Brandi she acted very surprised by this and said she never knew. I sort of found that hard to believe with how bad it was and I'm almost positive she told us she used to be a vet tech. Anyway, we were happy to have her and were going to take care of her either way but just very sad to hear that she was sick. A couple of weeks later we receive a frantic voicemail from a vet in IL that had Frankie in her office. They scanned his chip and it came back to the rescue we adopted him from, they contacted us and sent us the message. Frankie had bit his new owner. A 26 year old kid that Brandi sold Frankie to a week prior. The $600 check hadn't even cleared yet. He told us he drove 6 hours to pick up Frankie and was even asking us if he should cancel the check. The vet was recommending he'd be put down. Eventually animal control was called and Frankie was quarantined for 10 days and euthanized. He told us that he wasn't given any of Frankie's medicine that he was previously on and had no idea about his history of aggression. Terrible. Two weeks ago we lost Ellie at not even five years old. We knew of the bad heart, but it happened out of nowhere. I can't even explain how much we miss her. We would have celebrated having her for two years that weekend. While we wouldn't change a thing about having her I still needed to share our story and experience with Brandi. I looked at her website (which was updated this year as its dated 2019) and she still has Ellie on the front page as one of her "moms" and also has her name listed under the three moms that she breeds. I am not familiar with breeders because we have always rescued, but none of this seems right to me. We've personally had two different dogs of hers that both had health issues. read more

One star because I couldn't give a zero. What a horrible experience we had with this lady! Looking back, I probably should have just sued her for my deposit and been done with it. She promised a puppy bred from two dogs that she had on her property, I ended up with a puppy bred from a nine month old male that she recently had imported named "Reno". Skinny, sickly looking dog that she failed to even mention when I gave her my deposit. My wife and I gave her the benefit of doubt and went with it. Then came the day we drove two and a half hours to see these pups.....supposedly two separate litters that we were to choose from. Brandi refused to even let us look at the second litter much less pick one from it. Again, bred from the nine month old male we knew nothing about. We ended up with a puppy that we didn't even remember seeing while we were on site. Brandi was adamant that this puppy would be crate trained and well socialized when we received him.....neither could be further from the truth. Had this dog a month and he's still relieving himself in his crate every time he's in it and fighting with our 8 year old English Bulldog. But it gets better.....the day I went to pick the dog up she was supposedly too busy to get him ready for me so her husband,who knew absolutely nothing, was waiting to turn the puppy over. This is when I realized that Brandi was in this only for the money, she doesn't give a shit about the dogs or their owners. Like I mentioned, she was too busy to help me that morning but she had no problem answering multiple phone calls from her incompetent husband to ensure that her payment was posted on PayPal. Keep in mind that I was literally a hundred feet from her while she stayed in her house instead of helping me. Her husband knew nothing about the dogs, the half ass contract that he didn't even have me sign, or even what day it was. Brandi completely ruined our experience and showed that she couldn't care less about the dogs, as long as she gets paid. Shady operation with an even shadier owner. This woman will keep telling you what you want to hear to pedal her dogs. Who knows what you're getting when you buy a dog from Brandi, learn from our mistakes and do your homework. We purchased our puppy, Bobo, from Brandi and lost him at under 2.5 years old. He came home with diarrhea and vomited, which started the first of many emergency vet visits. After 6 months and 3 different vets, Bobo was diagnosed with a Grade 3 heart murmur and IBD. He had to be taken to the vet multiple times monthly to try to manage his diarrhea and was put on Prednisone. He wasn't able to go for walks or attend puppy training, since his diarrhea was so severe he couldn't hold it. He ultimately had immunoproliferative enteropathy/protein losing enteropathy, which is 100% genetic and progressively gets worse. Bobo bled out from his butt, his organs were failing and he could no longer stand when we took him to the emergency vet. He crashed in only a 4-8 hour timeframe. We had to euthanize him since he would only continue to decline and we were told this is not curable. We loved him so much, but he was not bred well and his life was cut too short. Please use caution if considering a bull terrier from Brandi, as she is continuing to breed his Dad, Gus. We reached out to Brandi numerous times for support and breeder knowledge, but received vague answers and little support. We've never wanted any money or another dog to replace him, so the "healthy pup" guarantee is irrelevant and only benefits her business. We are so completely devastated and will never get our sweet baby back. read more
