I really love how attentive Reign, Richard and Nate are. Every time I stop by for a small inconvenience they are always willing to help and make things right. Not once have I had a bad experience here. They are very easy to get a hold off and always follow up if they don't know the answer . Now, I would also like to compliment the Maintenance staff. David and Leo Sr have always been great at getting the repairs done. I don't think I have one negative thing to say. Maybe I'll be back again in the future but for now this place I called my home will live in my memories . Thank you everybody for the lovely year and cherish memories. I will be living at The Citrus apartments which is also managed by the same management company. Excited to see what new memories I make there. Eduardo Medina

The property stays clean and maintenance has always responded promptly whenever needed. I've had a great experience living here. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is quiet and well kept. The location is convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking in the West Covina area.

The location was mainly within the middle of the three building complex towards the back left corner is where there's a potential thief so I'd stay away from there. Wow, this place sure does love screwing you over and taking your money. The only reason there is…read moreone place is because the facility itself isn't too bad. It's pretty clean, at least the apartments are. The neighbors are nice. However, they hardly ever clean the pool. It's been filthy for about 2 months now and hasn't been cleaned since. The laundry facility closes at 9 and you need a laundry card to use the machines. The machine to refill the card is in the Manager's office and he's hardly really there and if you work the regular 9-5 jobs, you are pretty much screwed because if he is hardly there during office hours, then he is definitely NOT there after office hours. (So much for an ON SITE manager.) When we first moved in, he was nice. But then when were already there, he showed his true colors. Pablo, the apartment manager, it utterly the most horrible manager I've ever had the unpleasure of dealing with. When we first came to look at the place, we dealt with an apartment manager named James. He said that if we needed extra parking, it would be no problem as long as we pay extra. As we were moving in, Pablo came in and it all went to hell. Gone is the extra parking that I was promised. He kept on telling me that he would look into it and that he would get to me. Nope, Pablo never did. My car got broken into 3 times because I had to park outside. When I told him, he didn't even car. He said he'd give me a remote to try to park in the first come first served section inside as long as I pay him $30. (Wow, more money.) After a year, my roommate and I have had it. He is a horrible apartment manager and we just wanted to get away. When we gave them our 30 day notice on February, he told us that we suddenly have a balance of $650. How? He had told us in November that we were due a credit of $650 and now it's the other way around? He said he had made a mistake. Granted even if they did make a mistake, they should have told us right away instead of waiting until when we moved out. Now we are finally moved out and on the last day, I wanted to give the keys and the remote directly to the manager along with a contract with Pablo's signature to prove that we returned it. At this point, I do not trust him at all. I work full time and other times I work til 7pm. I knocked on his office door, as well on his apartment door multiple times to no avail. He was not answering so I took the keys and remotes with me and left a voicemail stating that I would return the keys and remote when he returns my call and I would also like to know what is going to happen to our deposit. So far, all this company has been doing has been setting my roommate and I up to be screwed over. They even told us they couldn't take the supposed $650 that we owed from the deposit. I called on Friday. Pablo called me back on Monday at 3pm about this while I'm at work and tells me that because I didn't just drop it in the drop box, he's going to have to charge me another month!! I told him I no longer wished to speak to him as it was obvious that they are just trying to rip us off for more money so I called his employer directly. It's been such a headache dealing with these people and especially with their apartment manager, Pablo. I cannot stress this enough. BEWARE when dealing with them. It would be better if you go elsewhere. We moved out and I can finally breathe better. EDIT: I just noticed. It says they take credit cards. Really? Because they kept on telling us that they only accepted personal checks and money orders.
