Everytime I come to this wal mart I can't shop inside due too every isle filled with rolling treys taking up the entire thing because apparently every isle needs stocked at the same time. Also walking around the store seeing employees slacking off standing there on their phones. I seen 4 employees all unloading one single cart of produce. That's ridiculous. I have to wait 15-20 minutes every time I need baby formula because you guys lock it up. I'll press the button 75 times yall still won't come. Now for the delivery part since I can't stand to go into your store anymore. It's a garbage system and it would probably work better if the 50 employees diddle daddling inside helped. I've done it three times now, each time being sat there for well over the hours I was chose. For example: tonight I scheduled my pick up to be between 7-8. I left at 8:05 with no pick up order at all, not to mention I couldn't even sign in to give you the number I was at because your faulty app didn't work. So then I tried to call! And I got sent to a computer, afterwards it just immediately telling me the messages were full and said goodbye and hung up on me. I get home, and get a text at 8:45 saying I can now go pick up my order. It's crazy you guys denied my application back when I was in high school because I didn't pass your useless survey. I'd run laps around all of your employees. Seems to be a laziness survey, makes sense why I didn't pass it. Sad business, bad business, could be better but won't. Got one guy running carts to pick ups but you have 3 greeters at each door just standing there, makes sense. Would rather shop on Black Friday anywhere else any day then ever go there again. read more

IDK what is going on with Walmart, or maybe it's just me (I'm a Target person)...but that store is getting more & more junky! The shelves are NEVER stocked. Has nothing to do with COVID-19! Also the items that they do have, they aren't pulled forward for customers to see, or reach. Something always smells rotten in the freezer area! We're going in and shopping and walking around. It's usually pretty crowded. They do a halfway decent job of keeping the place clean. The toilets always smell like poop no matter how clean they look. But to actually call this place and get in touch with anybody that works there. It is nonexistent I can never ever ever get anyone on the phone. I have tried for an hour and a half one day within five minute increments and still nobody ever pick up the phone. As of today I have been trying for the last 30 minutes and I have hit several different extensions and none of them even the operator. None of them would get me in touch with a live person. It's ridiculous, so now I'm going to have to drive 40 minutes to the store to see if they even have what I'm looking for or need And then if they don't need to waste a trip all because somebody will not pick up the phone. I cannot wait until Myers gets fully opened. And on top of that Walmart barely even has anything in stock anymore. It is so hard to find anything in that store. read more

Very helpful there. Clean just not well organized. Workers in every 3rd isle, there's someone organizing, cleaning, or putting something away... all around pretty on point for a Wally-World. read more

No one working in the money center but at least 5 people standing around? No manager anywhere? There was 1 person at customer service so instead of opening all of the registers too accomodate for the mysterious abandonment of the money center they open 1 and the associate cc'ing only ddI returns, nothing else? read more

I don't go to Wal-Mart much but wow, this Wal-Mat Supercenter was incredibly nice! The floors are a dark brown color, the shelves are fully stocked, they have huge amounts of inventory, and the store is incredibly clean. I was pleasantly surprised! read more
