These ones are so nice and patient that it made the experience of getting my eyes checked pleasant! They also went into detail explaining what they were checking for, and even showed me what specifically they found in the optical pictures and what that meant for me. Would definitely recommend. Their selection of frames is a little on the expensive side, but that's the only even potential negative I can see.

Kim helped me find exactly what I was looking for, gave me lots of information that was helpful to me and was so pleasant. Again pleasant as ever and so helpful. I like to patronize local businesses. I would suggest a raise for her and as a good gesture a pizza for lunch! She is the reason I went to your business this year. Good help is hard to find!

They finished my father's after an hour and a half and then finally started mine. My exam was never finished because my dad had an appointment to go to that day and was already running late. We called them and said we would try to come back another day but i had to go back to college. They never finished my appointment, but when we had to call to see if I could go to a different place at college to get a faster appointment, they told me they had finished it. I'm not stupid i clearly remember the doctor telling me to take a break since my eyes were hurting because of how long I was in the room. So they said they finished it and sent my family a random prescription. I haven't been able to get new glasses or contacts for the past two years because apparently I already had an appointment even though I didn't have one. It's absolutely ridiculous and this place totally cheated me and my family. We thought it was gonna be a nice family place and yes the people were really nice but the fact is it's just a place that needs business so badly that even if they don't finish an appointment they give you a random prescription. So disappointed, and it's sad that because of this I've been walking around with broken glasses that I have to glue back together. We were new to town and picked a place we thought was nice only to get cheated and it was an absolute waste of almost 5 hours.

We called the store in the morning, got an appointment for an hour and a half later. When we went in, we were on a tight schedule, because we had reservations back at our hotel for an activity we had already pre-paid. So, we asked them if we could be out of there in an hour. They said they would sure try, and they did! They were very professional, they didn't try any of the annoying upselling you sometimes get at eyeglass stores, and they had the glasses ready for pick up the following morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I can't recommend them enough.

They allowed us to go through the entire exam, with us telling them several times that we only came there because of the one hour glasses, and then told us that they no longer do 1 hour! There was no mention on the website when we made the appointment. They said nothing when we got there. We waited over 20 minutes past my daughter's appointment time. They did her glasses exam but not her contact exam so they had to take her back to do that. During this time we had mentioned several times to different people that we were there to get glasses that day because my daughter had run over hers with the lawn mower. Then they had her pick out frames. It wasn't until we were discussing which type of lens to purchase that they finally told us that they no longer do 1 hour and it would take a week to get her glasses. We told them that after that treatment we would not be buying glasses there and we took her rx elsewhere. I feel lied to. I could have been informed of the change in policy when making the appointment, when checking in, when speaking to any of the employees, or even by a sign in the window. This was certainly not the first bad experience we had there but it will be the last. I will never step foot in that place again.

When I rang to see if they could see me, a lady named Sue answered and she was lovely! Managed to squeeze me in on that very day, and was more than accommodating, thank you again Sue : ) When I showed up for my appointment there was another lady at the desk who was equally as sweet and kind, they had me fill out a short form, and within 10 minutes I was sitting with Dr. Sikora. Dr Sikora was great, very kind and attentive, as soon as she realized that my eyes were incredibly sensitive to light, she turned the overhead lights off to ease my discomfort which I really appreciated. The exam didn't take too long and Dr. Sikora saw the problem and prescribed some medicine. I've only taken one dose of the meds, it's the next day, and I'm already feeling better. I can't thank this group of lovely people enough. I think I've found my new opticians!!
