From the beginning, the staff has always been kind, patient, and helpful. Going through retina issues at a much younger age than most people deal with them brought a lot of anxiety for me, especially surrounding my vision and long-term eye health. Everyone there has always treated those concerns seriously and never made me feel rushed or brushed off. Dr. Agarwal has been especially great throughout the process.
