That delay was not hers, it was the office's. No courtesy, no flexibility, and no respect for our time or loyalty. Leadership really needs to take a hard look at how the front desk interacts with and cares about patients. It's disappointing to walk away after 17 years, but patients should not sacrifice being valued and treated kindly when other practices deliver both excellent doctors and excellent customer service.

The technician said I should be able to. I went in telling them my vision is very cloudy and I have eye pain. I was given a prescription for glasses. I went to get glasses and they told me the prescription was written wrong. I called and told them the prescription is wrong and asked again why is my vision so foggy. Then I am told that I do not need glasses right now because my eye needs several more weeks to heal because I had a dense cataract. This is the first time I have heard that. I think the doctor put the wrong lens in my eye. I know he did not put the one I wanted in. Now I have to go to another doctor to find out why I can't see.
