I honestly dont know what I think of this place…read more.. PROS: -I actually have found some really good deals in this place in decent -condition! : Washer and Dryer with dining table with three chairs (all wood) and delivery = $150.00 (although we found out later that the bottom of the washing machine leaked, but it wasnt bad at all). - The One dollar grocery store have some really good deals on some good items such as dollar bread and dollar darjeeling tea (that is usually quite pricey) - it is indoors, away from the elements! -there are some very interesting characters and items around CONS: -There seem to be less and less vendors so there is not much of a variety going on. -There were a couple of times that I wanted to purchase an item and they gave me a price that was way too high for the item (needless to say, i didnt buy it) -There were too many occasions that the item that I bought from the dollar grocery store like cereal or tea HAD BUGS IN THEM ... gross... - And please be careful when you buy food from the dollar grocery store, because if you dont pay attention, you will end up buying an item that has expired two years ago! I dont even know how they can legally sell those things... so there... i have good days, and bad days... i guess it is more of a hit and miss... i would say if you dont live within 15 minutes of this place, it is not worth the drive.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent experience with Montgomery Overstock. This…read morewas the second time purchasing a couch from this company. The first time I was present and had no issues. The second time my college aged son did the purchase with me on the phone so I could hear the entire transaction. We wanted to do same as cash xxx days financing. They did not explain any options to him just said to scan the QR code and apply that way. I had the money to pay in full but since it was holidays I wanted to take advantage of the option to split the payment with no interest. Nothing was explained about them having different types of financing options. On the day the couch was delivered and I saw the paperwork and logged into the account, they did the financing through a "bad credit" approval company which charged $100 more to pay the couch off early! Plus they added a $100 warranty that was never asked for nor explained to us that it was mandatory due to financing! A couch that we had an invoice for $798 ended up costing $1010 and should have only been $698 because we didn't ask for a warranty! Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business and try to take advantage of a college student. I should not have had to pay for a warranty I didn't want nor these extra fees to Acima financing! All I wanted was the same as cash financing! I would have paid cash for it in full had I known this company was shady!!! A $600 couch ended up costing me over $1000!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

3.5 stars. My family and I took a road trip to Robinson Salvage and their Overstock Warehouse to…read moresee if we could score some discount buys during my visit to ATL. We first stopped at the smaller Salvage store. It had an assortment of clothing for men, women, and children, and you really need to comb through the racks to find something in your size. I wish they would organize the clothes by size, rather than by brand/style, but my time was well-spent, as I found two nice tops from brands I love (Tangerine and Loft) for $8 and $3, respectively. They also have aisles with various grocery and household items. We found an embroidered yard flag, an auto sun shade, a pair of earrings, and some Pellegrino sparkling water (3 for $1). My sister-in-law also found a cute pair of sandals for under $15. We next went to the Overstock store, located in an old Kmart just down the road. It had a larger selection of clothing, shoes, watches, jewelry, and grocery and household items, and also had sporting goods, furniture, and appliances. My brother and his wife got great deals on golf shoes, but interestingly, I only found one clothing item (a skirt) for myself. Note that the fitting rooms are closed at both stores...bummer. If you like shopping for discount deals, you should check out these stores!
