He pointed at what he wanted but didn't say pizza sticks. She starts grabbing egg rolls. I very politely say so very sorry I think he wanted the pizza sticks. She proceeds to start yelling at us. She says (screaming) " well you say pizza sticks, he points at egg-rolls, idk what the hell yall want then" and just continues to be rude and hateful even after we apologize that my special needs brother didn't specify. Hubs and I stopped by (we have been here before but it's been about three years since the last time we were here) just to grab a few fixings for some simple meals. We were thoroughly unimpressed with the selection of fresh vegetables in particular, but fruits were lacking as well. Everything essentially was kind of a struggle, and I don't necessarily feel that there was anything particularly good about the prices. On the upside, they did have a decent section for their 'more natural/healthy' options, so if you're looking for that, you may have some luck in that department. Overall, I mean if you must get groceries and this is the only place you have to go, I guess, but if you can find somewhere else, that would probably be better.

The Laurel, MS location of Kroger has a worn out and depressing ambiance. This Kroger just seems to generally be a disappointment to me as they are usually out of what I'm looking for. The blueberries, raspberries and blackberries they offer here often don't look so fresh or appetizing. They seem to nearly always be out of heavy whipping cream and they rarely seem to keep the whole milk kefir in stock. The beer selection is really sad here and they don't stock what I'm looking for. On average my visits here are full of disappointments and I would much rather just go to Hattiesburg to visit the Rouse's that ALWAYS has what I want and need.

I asked her where exactly, and she put her arm and hand directly in my front of my face to 'show me' where. Her arm and hand were so close to my face I had to step back. She was short, rude, rolled her eyes, and made audible sighs. I told her to be careful after she put her hand in my face. I was there for a return, and she could not have been more bothered by it. Whatever is going on in her world, I am sorry for it but it is not my problem. This person is a supervisor. Sad. This person is in a position to lead, and she treats customers like this. Makes me wonder how she treats the employees. Do better.
