Whether its being sent the wrong item and its says its the right item(i'm not including substitutions) or letting me pay for the items they SAY are in stock but magically dont when they process my order, or my order being delivered to the wrong address. SERVICE DOG HANDLERS BE VERY AWARE THAT THIS WALMART ALLOWS REGULAR PETS IN REGARDLESS OF THEIR BEHAVIOR! I am disabled with a service dog that has been in training with a professional organization and granted access for public situations. I have come to this Walmart twice in the last week around the times of 10 PM and midnight, and each time I have seen an alleged "service dog" without any vest or markings walking into the building. Yet quickly I am I showcased with poor behavior by these supposed "service dogs" while they pull away from their handlers, sniff at people and merchandise and show poor public behavior to the point it is painfully obvious that these dogs are fake. It makes me horrified to know that this location, allows these dogs in despite claiming openly on their doors to be a place where "no pets are allowed." Allowing pets to walk freely in a Walmart is a risk for those of us who have trained service dogs, as they pose a threat to harm our own dogs. No matter how well you think you know your dog, you never know what can happen in a stimulating environment such as a Walmart and when your dog sees another dog. It takes two years on average to train a full-fledged service dog, where is your pet can ruin that in two seconds. Tonight, I was checking out and this woman and her white German shepherd stood behind me as I paid. As a service dog handler I know you may legally ask two questions - 1.) Is that a service Dog and 2.) What tasks does it preform. I went ahead and asked this woman kindly I'm in a polite tone, "is this a service dog he is beautiful." Or she quickly averted my question and stated a firm "fuck off." Her dog was neither in a heel position or a study position as he continued to sniff the snacks on the sides of the aisle's so I quickly grab my stuff and went over to a store associate in uniform and expressed my concerns of having a dog in the store. Sadly the employee looked at me with a blank stare as if she had no idea what I was talking about, wow the woman who had finished checking out now came barging at me cursing with slurs and harassed me verbally with her dog in hand. Looking to the store employee sheet and looked at the dog and then back to me unable to say a single word. As the woman got closer to me with her dog I decided just to walk off and headed out to my car where she continued to jog right behind me saying "don't you dare get into your car come at me if you have a fucking problem." And my attempts to get her to back off I lock my door, and honk my horn where she then yells at my window telling me to get out of my car and I start to back up. I then drive out of the parking lot where sitting at the light she gets up on my back and as close as she possibly could and begun to blare her horn, flipping me off through my rearview mirror. This Walmart is awful, they should've had staff help me with this entire situation if they had seen her and how aggressive she had become. The whole entire time her dog was either whining, barking, or growling which shows that is not a service animal. This dog showed unethical behavior and with such, any establishment has the legal right to ask those two questions and if neither are proper answers or if the dog displays poor behavior, that establishment can request them to leave. I simply do not understand why a Walmart, that posts openly that they only allow service animals in the first place, to allow pets in. Like I said, this is the second time in two nights that I have seen a dog come in to this particular Walmart without any advocation of people making sure these animals are actually service animals when they don't even have a vest on to address it. By law they do not need a vest, however with how these dogs were obviously acting it was very clear that by the first few feet within the store but they were pets and not trained assistance animals. This is just very concerning as a service dog handler, and very agitating Coming from someone who's had some serious interferences by establishments with my train dog because they had to ask in the first place. read more

Maybe it used to be really bad, but it's no worse nor better than any other walmart I have ever been to. This one seems to have a lot of younger people working it, which is whatever. I've seen some customers give these kids a hard time and it's like, stfu, they're teenagers? Absolutely trash at night, or pretty much at any time really. Seriously, what kind if place closes off half of it's exits with metal benches when it's busy at night, and couldn't even be bothered to put a sign up showing that the exit/entrance is blocked. So if you wanna leave or enter at night you got a 50/50 chance of actually getting in or out. Guess that's the first clue telling you to just go somewhere else. Then 3/4 of the registers are turned off, and all self-checkouts are turned off. Guess they gotta make that hourly wage somehow because you won't be staying because you want to, you'll have to because they don't want to open all the registers. All in all, just don't bother going here, but if you really have to, don't do it at night. read more

Stopped at 81st-Lewis location recently. I depend on an electric wheelchair and I cannot use a shopping cart. I asked about carry baskets and was told they have none. How the hell are people like me supposed to shop for themselves? This is the first negative review I've written a business via a public forum, however, I hope it helps anyone that is considering using Walmart delivery. I made a grocery delivery order due to my vehicle being in the shop and my order never arrived. I called to inquire as to why it was not delivered and was told they didn't have a driver. In my opinion, they could have (at the very least) provided a courtesy call explaining that they would not be able to deliver my order. I had to call the Walmart "customer care" number twice before I was able get my money refunded in 3-5 business days. read more

Staff is nice, not very attentive. You always have to check yourself out which is a nice experience if you want to keep to yourself. Greeters don't really greet you, just tell you to go about your day and what time they close. The staff knows where everything is and will help you find items if you're able to find the staff first. Never been racially profiled here as most of the staff doesn't care and goes about their business. This is a nice change from target who likes to racially profile anyone who doesn't look white. Overall I would rather shop in this Walmart which has the atmosphere of an R.L. Stine 1990s goosebumps novel than ever waste my time at a racist target. read more

WORST Walmart ever and I haven't even stepped foot inside. I'm staying nearby and heard the OK has strict liquor laws. I called to find out what time I could come by and buy alcohol. Kristin or Krystal mumbled a hello into the phone. When I ask about what time I was able to purchase alcohol she said "I don't know; they haven't told me" and hung up. Worst Walmart I've been to. I tried to buy $150 worth of stuff. Of course I had to check myself out, I guess the microwave had too many barcodes that I scanned and I needed a cashier to type in their code. I waited and waited. About 10 mins. Finally asked the regular self checkout person if they could help me. She barked that there should be someone over there. I said well there's not and she ignored me. After another 5 or so mins of my lane lit up red I walked away with all my food sitting there. It was not busy and not an employee in sight. Since I've been back a few times they really know how to make people feel like thieves. Theirs greeters do no greet you. They mean mug you and stare you down. What an uncomfortable place to shop. Please avoid if possible. read more

I tried to take back some baby items that I received extra of at my baby shower and because the total of the items was over $50 they refused to take any of it back. I could see if I was asking for cash back but I just wanted a store credit so I could get different items. Very disappointed with this location and I will not be back. read more

This is exactly why this store is down the drain. Every 1 star they get. They deserve. Ridiculous! I waited 20 mins to pick up an item i ordered online(and was sent an email saying it was ready). When I finish shopping i go to the area and have to call a number. And when i do it sends me to VM! There was no one there to get it for me. Only the guy that checks receipts and his walkie wasn't working. He even used a straw on the walkie to try to call someone. Why even have it if you know it doesn't work?! He didn't go to another coworker. I did! I said, "this isnt my job! I shouldn't have to track people down to give me what i ordered!" And he told me " well i cant leave my area(the self checkout) If i do they will kill me". So he sends a msg and a guy comes while talking to a lady, i waived thinking he was a manager and he didn't acknowledge or even come to me to see what i needed. Finally the guy thats in that area came and went and got me my product. I called while in-store 3 times and no one picked up. I called again 2 more times after i left and still no answer. I dont have to come here. I come to this store because its close to my house. Best believe, from here on out i will drive two hours before I come back again! Ill do my best to tell everyone i know not to come here and go out of my way. Customer service isnt that hard. Do your job! And straight like that! read more

Walmart is incredibly unreliable and their customer service is terribly poor. Just don't go here. Period. Last time I tried to purchase a Visa Gift card, the cashier (who spent more time talking with her friend than ringing up items), threw an item in my bag and asked how much I wanted on it. I put $100 on the card. When I got home, I, first, realized she never gave me a receipt. Secondly, she gave me the wrong card! The woman put $100 on a Wal-Mart gift card instead of a Visa gift card. Now they won't do any exchanges or returns, neither can I use my gift card to purchase the correct item. No one will help me because I wasn't given a receipt, while, in the past, employees simply looked up the purchase by scanning my I.D. Now, I've paid $100 because of an incompetent, lazy, cashier. read more

Unfortunately I needed help three times during a recent visit. Each time I had to almost sneak up on an employee in order to keep them from hiding or running from me. The only friendly employee there was a new cashier named "Dean". With his attitude and personality he should make manager by Easter. I hope he cleans house when he does, this place is a mess. read more

Went into the cosmetics area, which is now (oddly) sort of sectioned off from the other departments. It even has it's own "cashier"! (I use the term loosely) Picked up cheap tinted moisturizer and polish remover, proceeded to push my little cart out of the area, and was accosted by the "salesperson" (who was probably around 17). She asked, "did u get anything out of the cosmetics section?" I showed her my two items. She told me the polish remover was "ok" but that the moist. had to be put in some kind of box to be taken to the front register, that all makeup had to be put in some kind of box???!!?? And this after she had followed me around the whole section and watched me like a hawk! I just love being treated like a criminal, thanks.... read more

I understand it's a Walmart in a very busy part of town but they are always out of stock in so many areas, often for days at a time. It's very irritating and I often end up going ten minutes down the road to the Glenpool Walmart instead because they're better stocked and less messy. Props to all the workers there, though, they do deal with a lot of crap. read more

Another typically crappy Walmart experience. First, I nearly got into a collision in the parking lot before getting into a stalemate with a driver going the wrong way. Then, the shelves are half bare. Then, my favorite jeans get snagged and ripped on a poorly assembled display. Now I'm trapped in checkout purgatory, which goes on for.ev.er. I will never shop at walmart ever again. target store is soo much better. the clerk at customer service (short white female, fat, with short hair) incident 11/18/2015 around 8;30am. issue: return item. i try to return item i purchase online on walmart.com (sunbeam blanket) and enter store to return it the item, the clerk told be i cant return it because it is an online item so i told her that make no sense. when did walmart charge that policy? she start repeating her self awhat she cant return it so i told her to shut up and get me a manager who is familiar with the policy so they can return my item and the store manager came over and return my item with no problem. i encourage shoppers not to engage with walmart employees 99.00 not familiar with walmart policy, provide unprofessional customer service, and always have a attitude on their faces, I almost did something to that trailer park filt walmart employee that would have put me in jail for a long time. sam walton would not have never hired 90% of these pukes.
