I got here ahead of schedule and had planned to spend the night as this Walmart is one that tolerates overnight RV parking in their lot. Inside, most of the registers were closed or converted to the new self-checkout though the store was tidy. Shelves were decently stocked and prices on display. This has to be the worst Walmart order I have received. 1. At curbside the bagger did not bag but threw all my groceries in the trunk on top of the bags that were supposed to be used per selection in checkout. 2. Missing ghost pepper chesse. This is the second time I've ordered it and it says I got it and I didn't. I guess it is truly ghosty huh? 3. Bread squished underneath all the groceries in my trunk without them bagged. 4. This is the third time in a row I've had vacuum packed coffee damaged and not vacuum packed. 5. I approved a popcorn substitution via email. I got one box of what I approved and the other 2 boxes were something called Kettle corn. These were not approved. read more

Came to Walmart because of a mistake on my receipt talked to the store manager and they said they were perfectly fine with the mistake on the receipt because it wouldn't worry them at all if it was their money of course it's not their money and they don't really care welcome to Walmart. So, Walmart likes to take out loans by charging your card even if the charge was initially declined because of a mistake, in this case it was a 93.42 dollar mistake, they are not even trying to fix the error and suprise the electronic sales dept of corporate Walmart is not open today, so, no ability to correct a mistake until they have tied up my money for 3 days, sounds like a scam but no its just Walmarts fail at customer service, looks like Amazon gets all my Christmas business this year even if it costs more. Some one please put this company out of business, especially the one in Tahlequah OK. read more

Went in Walmart yesterday and they only had 1 lane open that an actual clerk checked you out. The line for that clerk was backed up bad. They wanted everyone to use the self checkout lanes. It was ridiculous. Not everyone wants to "work" after they get off work. Open up the check out lanes with actual people to check you out!!! I didn't want to give any stars but it made me give 1. And the store is usually out of products I want. read more

I can not in good consciousness support this store. Apparently the new policy is to ask for receipts from everyone leaving the store, not just for large unbagged items. People were lined up trying to leave the store. A black gentlemen was walking out in front of me with no items visible, and the greeter demanded to see his receipt. I felt he was questioned unfairly! I will not support a store that questions mine and every other persons character . I have never stolen anything in my life and I don't like being treated like a thief. read more

UPDATE: 12/04/18 This Walmart is slowly improving. They have added the online grocery pickup and also a pickup kiosk and lockers in the front of the store and decent self checkouts and the supermarket section is being upgraded with a better selection of higher quality foods and better layout in the store. read more

I have always had a good experience with our Wal-Mart. Everyone has been helpful and courteous while doing so. Just today I had a problem with picking up my online grocery order. I called and Associate Tammy was great! No problems with rescheduling my pick up. Thanks, Wal-Mart! read more

terrible customer service. If you bring a complaint to them they usually just give attitude instead of trying to be helpful. This is the third time I have tried talking to an employee and have never gotten help. It's worth going across the street to Reasor's for better service even if it is higher. read more

Please recognize that a woman identifying herself as Co-Manager rudely told me my order was not at the store and that I needed to leave although I had documentation in my hand from Walmart.com that my order had arrived at the store at 11:38 am today via Fed EX. There were two employees helping me by looking for my item and when I was approached by this aggressive customer-un-friendly woman she said I said your order is not here and you need to leave. I told her that I didn't know who she was and I was going to wait for the two employees who checked my ID and had seen my papers verifying my order had arrived. She stormed in the back upset that I didn't recognize her authority. I told the two employees helping me that I am a customer, not an employee and that I could of gone to best buy or other stores to purchase my laptop I was waiting to pick up. You need to train this woman you have employed because I have spend over $2000 in the past 4 months and I don't expect to be reciprocated with aggression and told to leave as a high dollar customer.
