I spent two nights in the Sprinter van parked at this Walmart though I did drive around in the day time. The Walmart itself is pretty standard with some items out of stock and queues at the register. The restroom was reasonably clean and I was able to find the few items I needed for travel. Bonus points for tolerating overnight parking, though you can't spend too much time in one space. I noticed that they put "you're going to be towed" decals on one of the motorhomes that hadn't moved from the first night to the second. I recently signed up for Walmart plus. I was talked into it by a friend who provided me her code to get $20 off. I agreed and signed up. Things went well until last night. One of the order items that I didn't receive was a pork tenderloin. I instead got two half gallons of some fake juice drinks. I never ordered them at all so I went out to ask for a refund. Instead of refunding my money for the tenderloin that I didn't receive, they took money off my $20. So instead of receiving a $20, I received only an $11 credit. So why am I punished for their lack of follow through and commitment to their customer. I will NOT be renewing this one year subscription. read more

Today I am giving Walmart 5 Stars for offering a Choice. While shopping I needed a sheet pan for Holiday Baking...I found one that was perfect and when I looked to see where it was manufactured I was very surprised but pleased...Made in America. I am not against foreign trade, but we need to balance offerings and bring some manufacturing back home. The pan I bought was under the Walmart Label MAINSTAYS, but on the backside of the label was a 5 year guarantee from the US Manufacture G&S Manufacturing of Ohio. Big kudos for Walmart and G&S. I'd be willing to pay a little more for US Manufactured products. read more

One star is is to good for them.Bought tires online on the Superior website,did not say anything about not having the tires in store.So set up my first appointment and that got cancelled do to the tires not being in the store,but i bought and paid for the tires on the store website so they had them,then they sent me a cancellation the night before the service saying the tires were not in,so i made another appointment when the tires that were already there were supposed to be there and the night before the service sent me another text saying service has been cancelled with no explanation.Do not try and call because the automotive department NEVER answers,Stay far far away from this junk store and their terrible customer service!! read more

My view on Walmart Supercenter in Superior Wisconsin stands their customer service policies are even more worse than they were before! I had bought two $20 steam cards and when I was leaving this nitwit of a sales slip checker who was only supposed to be checking Big Ticket items not tiny mere purchases had me showing him my receipt which I did which I could let that go but then when he asked me what the receipt was for but the idiot had just saw me take it out of the bag where I had the two steam cards in I had to hold up the bag with the steam card sticking out of it and when he saw that they match the receipt I was getting late for my bus so I threw them down into my cart and one fell out onto the floor and I did not realize that until I got home and it never left the store but I'm thinking this idiot used it for himself or he put back on the Shelf and never told anybody and I talked to somebody on the phone yesterday on Tuesday and they said bring your receipt in and we will replace the card for free and when I got there they just made fun of me and said I was an idiot and practically physically threw me out are the store and told me never come back there again! read more

I used to shop at the Superior Walmart a lot. There are never enough cashiers on and it's always a long wait in line. A couple weeks ago, the lines went right into the ladie's clothing department. It was awful. There were 2 cashiers who didn't pay attention to the lines so nobody was called to help. Finally, after 15 minutes, staff noticed and opened 2 more lines. Don't you have a worker who's job is to monitor the lines and call people accordingly? Christmas season of 2017 was terrible with the lack of cashiers. I just won't go back. Customers have busy lives and don't have time to wait in line for 20 minutes, especially when lines are long and employees are standing around gabbing away with each other and could care less about the situation. read more

When my better half and I went there to get groceries after work the lady on duty was so helpful when we couldn't get the scanner to scan anything and she just kept on smiling and laughing along with us, so I give her a big Woohoo for her customer service. read more

I walked into this Walmart today, I generally enjoy coming here and spending my hard earned money here. As a loyal customer would. Today went to buy some new work pants starting my new career. I was at the counter at around 1:40 pm today and the lady behind the counter helped me fairly quickly. Although she was rather rude in her demeanor. The reason for my 1 star review is based on the hospitality of the employee I did not feel welcomed to shop here I'm sure others may have had a similar experience, some employees my need more experience in customer service as they are not consumer friendly. read more

So against my better judgement i went grocery shopping at walmart in Superior. Super One is so much of a better store to shop at but i needed some bigger items and thought it maybe i would save some money at Walmart. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to checkout i finally pay my $150 and try to walk out the door. I get stopped by the guy at the door and he wants to see my receipt. Fine, i dig it out of the bags and hand it to him. He scowls at me and scans it, mumbling about the computer not working right. Then he starts digging through my bags. I'm 65 years old and not much of a shoplifting threat but i guess he would rather pick on us old people cause maybe we won't complain? Then he finally scans my laundry detergent and says I can go. No thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. Treats me like a criminal and then tells me I can go. It will be a long time before I darken their doorway again. Just so you know. read more
