TL;DR - took over 5 months to get my order, got the wrong size, broke immediately. Straight to the garbage, complete waste of money. What a joke. Full story: I placed an order in the morning on March 31 and received a confirmation email, as expected, with the expectation that the jewelry would ship in 3-7 days (per their website policy, as the jewelry wasn't custom). However, I also saw that they had a notice on their website that they were moving soon, and that orders placed after April 1 wouldn't be filled until their move was complete. Wasn't sure if mine would count, since it was technically before April 1, but I wasn't worried about it. The jewelry was just for me, and it wasn't an urgent need. Fast forward to the middle of May, I'm bummed that I haven't gotten my jewelry yet, but still feeling understanding. I had plans to move early in June, so I reached out to the email provided on my order to ask if they would need an updated address (if shipping wouldn't happen until June) or if I could expect my order before I moved. Email bounced back, no other contact options listed on site. I forgot about it for a while, and then I started getting their marketing emails. I reached out again (to a new address, found in the marketing email), and got a vague "we'll look into it ASAP" in response. Now we're into September. Got my order a little while later. Jewelry was pretty when I first opened the box, but I immediately noticed that it was the wrong size (yes - I double checked my order, measurements, and site info - it was just incorrect). I picked one up to look at it and unscrewed one end (the ball on the end of a barbell). When I tried to screw it back in, the little threaded screw-post on the ball snapped! With no force whatsoever! AND the ball on the other end of the barbell popped out of the prongs! I've gotten nicer jewelry from Walmart. I thought, for $70, I'd strike a decent balance of quality and affordability. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Bummer about that no return/exchange/refund policy, too. As an aside, I honestly hate writing reviews like this, especially for small businesses. It makes me feel yucky. I don't want this business to go under, and I don't want the owners/employees to feel bad about it. Maybe I was the odd unlucky one, who knows. I'm mostly bummed because I'd been shopping this purchase casually for *years* and really thought I had the perfect fit for me. I was so so excited! I also can't really justify spending that money on another pair, at least not for a while. I'm writing this review because I wish someone had warned me. Not that I would've necessarily done anything differently, but at least I would've had a heads up that the whole thing could end up being a waste of time and money. Hopefully this was just a case of lost-in-the-shuffle and a fluke faulty piece of jewelry! I'll never know...

Doug and Kolby are great people, I called Doug at We Haul For You, to fix what Unique Movers…read morecouldn't do. Kolby and his crew showed up on time, rearranged my 26 foot Uhaul that had been loaded badly already (moving to Alaska from MN). Got everything nice and snug, and then loaded what I needed from my apt and garage with a little room to spare. Kolby and his young crew were very respectful and moved things quickly, asking me along the way what should be loaded or not. My stuff was complicated. Got it done in a minimal amount of time too. The following day, I went to uhaul to pick up a car hauler, only to find out that they could only hook the trailer to the truck and help to load my vehicle, but they couldn't strap my vehicle to the trailer. Also the trailer didn't have straps, it was a toy hauler. I am a senior women, I don't know how to do this. After calling a friend for suggestions, and a tow company that couldn't do it, I called Doug. They were just finishing a moving job, he said they'd be there in about 30 minutes. And they were. Doug went with me into the uhaul store and picked out the straps I needed, and he and Kolby got my Jeep all strapped down. Even checked that the trailer was on the truck hitch correctly. They saved me twice, I am so thankful, I was finally able to get on the road. If you need movers, call Doug. Doug and Kolby are wonderful, and they will calmly, quickly and respectfully get your move done.

Ben and Vern were my two movers, and they were super strong, kind, quick, efficient, professional and had everything packed up in an hour! Once we got to the new place, they unloaded in the same amount of time, and helped me lay out the rug in the bedroom too! They took super good care of my stuff, no damages at all, and were encouraging each other throughout the process and it was great to see their teamwork! I am super appreciative of Doug, Ben and Vern for their help with my move! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, guys!
