When it was pointed out to the cashier she got VERY rude and disrespectful. She corrected the mistake and very rudely said "you can be on your way now." She was working in a black shirt at the 50th Ave. store in Alexandria MN at noon on May 20th. We called the manager but they didn't seem to care. I have never been disrespected in an establishment after THEY had made the mistake. Just wanted to give a heads up that they may try to overcharge you and that particular lady was EXTREMELY rude to my parents.

I had to get what I came for in less than fifteen minutes. He made my sub sandwich perfectly in less than 8 minutes. This was my first time at this Subway. The store smells clean and quiet. All items were fully stocked. The location wasn't crowded and staff were friendly and understanding.
