Then we were told one was delivered but we could not have that one tire until the other was delivered. So we opted to cancel the order and just get a refund.This whole process took over a month! Several phone calls and visits just to be told each time they didn't have a clue what was wrong or what happened. So this past Tuesday my husband called up to the store and asked if they had a specific tire in stock because online it showed they did. He was told by the sales associate they did in fact have 4 of that specific tire and they would put them aside with his name on them. They also made him an appointment for today. When we arrived at the store we were told the tires were a different type and the others had been sold. It's a complete mess there and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Not even if your desperate! No accountability whatsoever! No explanation given just dirty looks and excuses!​

The salesgirl said she could help me, then inspected the item, and then started helping another customer. Nothing said to me at all. I waited and waited and finally another clerk came over and said they could t accept the return because it looked like it had been used. Well, of course it had been used; how else was I to know that it didn't work!?!?? I said "okay" and they just stood there. They finally went over and put the item back in the box so I could take it back. The first salesgirl should've told me right off that they wouldn't take it back instead of ignoring the issue and going about helping someone else. They should've taken the item back. I ordered it online, picked up in store, and it said it was returnable. I saw some cute things on my way in this morning that I meant to buy after my return. Not only did I not buy those things, I won't be back and I won't purchase from Belk again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Shameful service. AVOID!!!
