Very clean restrooms in rear of store. Even deodorized. Trash recently emptied. Restrooms in front of store smell bad & are not very clean. Everything looks like it needs wiping down. The child seat, while it does have restraints is filthy & appears to have never been wiped down. In this area it appears, that people are interested in all types of crafts & painting. The stick here is awesome. I would love to have one each of every set of beads offered here & there are many to choose from. Even paint brushes , canvases & an amazing assortment of sketch books. The produce department is pretty average. Not much offered in the deli. No great amount anyway. They do have pre packaged salads & sandwiches though. The book department isn't too bad. More selection than a some stores. They have a large variety of coloring books for both young & old. The staff appear pleasant & no issues there, thus far. This store is larger than I would have expected for the area. Parking for 4 large trucks possible. Care does need to be taken in how you arrive & leave the area though. As all ways, not all drivers pay attention. They have no clue, that a large truck is dangerous. read more

Walmart Supercenter - Layaway department. - Grocery Near Me - Rogersville, Tennessee

Very unprofessional. Anytime I call, I have to click the option for electronics & then have me transferred elsewhere because if I click anything besides that option someone answers the phone and then hangs it up. Most employees are on their phone randomly standing in an aisle not doing anything. Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. Tried to pick up a money transfer and didn't realize my ID was expired and they wouldn't let me get it, called MoneyGram who told me they were still accepting expired IDs due to the Covid situation and to go back to Walmart and tell them to let me get it just tell Walmart to call them to confirm it and they told me they stopped accepting them a year ago that I needed to go to the DMV and get my ID renewed, called MoneyGram back and they told me they would help me get it another way and that regardless of what this Walmart said they were still accepting expired ID's along with a secondary source of ID which I had. It's unorganized and the restroom stall I went into to use was very disgusting, went into another stall and it wasn't much better. This Walmart needs better management and maybe it would be worth going to. read more

Today I went to Walmart to exchange a defective floor scrubber and a unopened bottle of floor cleaner that was used for the machine. The bottle was a clear bottle with clear liquid. When I went to the Customer Service to return the item ( I also had the receipt). I cringed when I noticed the representative named Mary was going to assist me. I have had difficulties with her before due to her rudeness. Today was no different. No hello as I approached, I had everything ready including my receipt and explained about the defect including showing her I had never opened the bottle of cleaner. I am a 62 year old woman. For Mary to treat me like a criminal was uncalled for. In silence, she completely took the box apart. That didn't bother me so much since I'm sure people scam stores. BUT, then she went to the bottle of cleaner and asked me if that was WATER in the bottle. She then proceeded to open the cap in front of me, noticed it was sealed, then began to poke at the seal. Is was appalled!! Seriously!!! I noticed her name tag said 30 years with Walmart. How can a person have such horrible customer service and still work at that store. This employee needs to be looked at. Unacceptable!! read more

Toy isle was a mess. Loads of fortnite toy boxes open. Tried to find an employee to let them know and find anyone. Employees I found to help said it wasnt their department and couldnt help the problem. The lady stocking toys is very very helpful when shes around but couldnt find her when I visited. Probably she was on break. Shes very helpful. Aslo called the help desk, electronics and pharmacy. Not a single answer. Poor service. read more

I was in Walmart and I was looking for someone in hardware to help with lights , one guy was over from there , he did not offer to help . I walked over to Automotive and he said he would come over in a few . I walked back over and he came and started to help then another guy came over and then one lady walked up and she was a customer, she was neatly dressed and very pretty , well they all started helping her and then he came back over to me . I thought more about it and just put the lights down. I was dressed in red sweats and red top , and of course older than her , I wonder if that was why. The place was busy in front people were waiting to check out. read more
