She outright tossed us to the side after it showed us as a no call no show. But we sent several emails, used the charmed patient portal and everything that we were suppose to to let them know we were short on money and not able for that month. It was like pulling teeth and getting a run around. We have been also calling for a week trying to get a hold of them [during office hours] and nothing. Left messages, sent emails, the whole bit. They are dealing with mental health and wellness and it is a struggle to be treated like a human being. It was absolutely horrible to do is treat someone below you just because they need help and this is all what the receptionist did. The lady on the answering machine. Can't miss her. We have used their service for 3-4 months now. Paid 210 dollars that could have went to bills. Just to be treated like we weren't people. It's outrageous. The Doctors aren't the issue. It's the clerical side of things that desperately needs an overhaul or a change of staff. Will never use this establishment's services again unless it changes. If they did refunds, we'd be asking for them as well as the time spent trying to get a hold of them for a week. We were in a pinch, hand no insurance and now we do. To a better facility we go for better care and standards. They were meant to help take care of issues and stress, not cause them.

They have received their payment but the shoes are nowhere to be seen. I was called 2 weeks ago and was told that my shoes had arrived. I told them to hold on to them for me so my sister and I could pick them up at the same time. However after waiting 2 weeks I went down to pick my shoes up and ask about my sisters shoes. I was told that my shoes where HERE, but they told me that HERE meant some other town, and now I would have to wait an addition 2 weeks to pick up the shoes I have been waiting several months on. How large or heavy are these shoes that they could not be kept at the store where I paid for them? Are they made of some precious metal and need to be kept at some high security location? I was also told that they were having some problems getting my sisters shoes sent to them. What kind of problem? They didn't know. They also didn't know how long it would take for her shoes to get in. I should have know better than to go to these people. They are only open 1 day a week. 1 DAY A WEEK. And even then they leave early and/or come in late. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. FIND YOUR SHOES ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I take my father there for his above the knee prosthesis and the staff has always went above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that he needs. They call and check on him just to see how he's doing and offer words of encouragement! The one thing that stands out to me is the last time he was in the hopsital the lady that called was genuinely concerned and ask if she could pray with me for my father! If he has needed an adjustment they always make sure to work him in the same day and that's rare to find anymore. My father is not just a number like most places, he is treated like their own family! You can tell the whole staff has a heart to serve. Everyone always has a smile on their face and very polite. The enviroment of the office is very welcoming from the moment you walk in which is always a comfort especially when my family went through the traumatic experience of my father losing his limb. They have never made him feel different in any way! So, when I got home I looked the Beef Ball Park Franks up on the Internet at the Walmart Store in Morristown and was shocked to find out that Walmart had as their regular price of the same exact Hotdogs at $4.92 which was much, much less expensive than the price ($8.99) that Food city was charging. Walmart's price of $4.92 compared to $8.99 for the exact same item at Food City makes me wonder why I would ever stop to buy any of my Groceries at Food City!

I know, because I was on the receiving end of a difficult operation that had the best possible outcome due to his expert capabilities in removing a tumor pressing against a nerve inside my jaw beneath my lower teeth. While it isn't always possible, Dr. Johnson was able to avoid cutting the nerve, or breaking my jaw; which can happen with this type of surgery on older patients whose bone mass begins to deteriorate abd lose its strength. Thank you Dr. Johnson, and thank you to every other wonderful professional there in the pre-op and post-op chain of command. These people are the finest most capable kind. Thank you again.
