it used to be such a good store, you used to be able to find stuff so easily and the workers were nice, they've remod completely where you can't find ANYTHING, I get this is a higher ups decision to remodel our Walmart but it didn't need it, i ran in the store for bandaids which should've taken me 5 minutes and an hour later I finally found them, they have stuff next to stuff that it shouldn't be next to. read more

Worst website for online shopping to be picked up at store ever! Needed kids boots, website said they would be ready in 4 hours. Order the boots, they charge my card, get a confirmation saying will be available tomorrow. Ordered through Target.com, bam get it in 2 hours. read more

Princeton Wal-Mart you can certainly do better! We needed 2 charging cords, so we went back to electronics to quickly grab a couple. They are all locked up... every single cord is now behind glass. Now don't get me wrong I'm all for keeping shoplifting to a minimum, but what about the person that wants to buy one? Well, you literally can not! I talked to an associate and he said he was with another customer and asked me to give him a couple minutes. So we patiencely waited, and waited, and waited. I talked to him again as he seemed to be stocking the shelves and I was told he'd be with us in just a minute. Oh, I forgot to mention someone was paging an associate to sporting goods over and over as we waited. He continued his chore of stocking and straightening not paying one bit of attention to us. So we left! We checked ourselves out and were heading for the door; when I decided to talk to the 3 (THREE!!) people with yellow vests standing around behind the service counter. I explained the situation in electronics and got a couple excuses, my favorite was "we are short handed" ... no kidding! Half of America is short handed!! That's why we waited so patiencely. However seeing the three of them behind the service counter offering NO service turned this girl into a real Karen! Why are the leaders not leading? They should be out there on the floor helping their associates!!! That's the part that fired me up! Princeton Wal-Mart is very convenient, I will now try to inconvenience myself to go somewhere else for things I need! Until they can do better! read more

excuse my language, very irate mama) We went to Princeton Walmart last Sunday early evening to buy some groceries and a microwave and a few misc things. My husband put Our oldest in a cart and I was right behind him with our youngest and an attendant pushed a cart towards me. I smelled something off but couldn't see anything on the seat or the blue handle so I put my child in assuming someone put a diaper in the garbage right by the heater by the front door. But as we walked in the smell followed and I looked down in the brighter lighting and there was a ton of SHIT HUMAN FCKING SHIT all over the metal front of the cart and down to the wheels that was so caked on there you couldn't see it unless you looked but omg could you smell it. We pull my daughter out and she is just covered because it was encasing the whole gets inner part of the cart so here we are in the middle of Walmart and She is covered in SOMEONE ELSES SHIT. So we ended up spending $25 we REALLY don't have on new socks, pants, shirt, jacket, and shoes (slippers) for my poor kid. When I find a worker and tell them where the cart is and what happened he just laughed at me and said "that's too bad" and proceeds to leave the cart in the middle of the store. So after giving both girls thorough long baths and myself taking a long shower, and I can only wonder HOW can someone HONESTLY see that their kid shit all over (there is no way this was not seen when he or she left there is just no way) and not say anything?!?! What is wrong with people?! FURTHERMORE how did one of the THREE CART ATTENDANTS standing there NOT SMELL IT! It literally smelled like a SEWER in the front where the carts were. I am sooo mad ? oh and we didn't even get to buy the food WE ACTUALLY REALLY NEEDED because we had to rush home and bathe My girls so they wouldn't get sick. I'm so disappointed in Princeton Walmart. This is just inexcusable. Someone could get VERY SICK from carelessness like this and from a place who sells FOOD they should inspect their carts a little better WHEN THEY SMELL LIKE THAT. (Yes I know it isn't 100% Walmart's fault, and yes we do take some responsibility because we did smell it however if I smelled it, those 3 attendants did too and it was partially dried to the cart when we got there almost like clay so it had been there long enough someone would have noticed and did NOTHING) AND when I sent a message to management about our horrible experience not only were we not helped at all but they completely ignored our complaint. Disgusting. read more

Prices on some of the same things are higher at Princeton then Elk River. The store is very clean, bathrooms are awesome. The directional parking is stupid. I go here over elk river. The extra cost on the few items I get is worth it. read more

The morning crew at Wal-Mart was excellent this morning. Several employees said hello and smiled. An employee in hardware knew exactly where to find "rubber door stoppers" of all things for me. At check-out, my heavy items were scanned in the cart and the employees were very efficient. Thanks for the easy shopping experience! read more

Ali in electronics helped us today. He was amazing! He is a valuable asset to Walmart and should be treated as such. Very personable and put 110% effort in helping us. He deserves a raise, I have never had a more enjoyable experience at walmart than our interaction with Ali. I will be going out of my way to shop at the Princeton, Mn Walmart because of him. It was clear that he is liked by many people and does an exceptional job. I hope Walmart is able to recognize how important it is to give back to the employees that truly put forth the effort and genuinely care about the guests like Ali has shown. He takes advantage of all resources available to him to provide exceptional service. Ali was able to help multiple customers at once without getting overwhelmed or flustered and it was clear that everyone was having a very enjoyable time. He is a natural at his job and you bet I'd put money on him being one of the most valuable employees Walmart has. Take great care of him. Thank you Ali, I'm looking forward to seeing you again. read more
