I would like to commend one of your employees in the Tire Service area. His name is Jerry. He came to our rescue today. My son's camper blew out a tire on the highway near Prattville. We had been driving over 10 hours. We pulled off the highway and I stopped in the tire service center for advice . We could not remove the blown tire from the camper. Jerry was done with his shift and saw us on the side of the road about 2 miles from the Walmart. He stopped on his own time and helped us get the tire off. This fella is my hero today! My husband and I got out tires there. when it's time for balancing rotation. They turn us down saying that they don't do it. Everything's broken. We can need to go somewhere else. We paid for it now we can't even get the service. The guy said the lift is not working. He lied his ass off, I saw them putting others people installed tries. read more

Walmart in Prattville, AL should be ashamed of how they handled the recent power outage. When the electricity went out across the entire store, there were no Walmart leadership giving direction or updates. The backup generator failed to kick in, leaving customers stranded in a long line for 30 minutes with no guidance. Despite the confusion, shoppers remained calm and patient--but where was management? What is the store's protocol during a power outage? It certainly didn't feel like there was one. The only staff who made any effort to help were a man named Mari and a young red-headed woman--both of whom were kind, professional, and thanked us for our patience. They deserve recognition for stepping up when no one else did. read more

1 star because I couldn't leave zero. I'm here for the weekend and needed a few things. Found this Walmart on Yelp and even after reading the reviews decided how bad could it be? It's a Walmart! I'm putting goods in my cart and checking myself out. My experience was I was getting auto detail supplies when an auto center employee came in complaining to three other employees about a customer who was upset because she had made an appointment and they were very late. Why allow appointments if they are not kept? They didn't know I was within ear shot. Some of the comments were "Tell her to ask God"! "I wish she would come in here complaining..... she doesn't know were I come from". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I told the manager about this and warned her about potential lawsuits or altercations. This is not customer service and it wouldn't take much for something to happen..... read more

The first picture is interesting. If Walmart corporation could stop sending out signage to their stores that make shopping confusing and frustrating they can save money and help the battle with COVID. Consumers are going out to shop to feed their families and help keep store doors open. But Walmart sales tactics are questionable. You post up signs that clearly say "Christmas 50% off taken at the register...some exclusions apply". The problem is that every shelf and end cap in the Christmas section has this sign and it seems that 90% of the items ar. It bothered me to see the checkout lines being held up because none of the customers shopping during this time could get the 50% off. We all had different items from the same section. None of the store employees could tell any of us customers what items were suppose to be 50% off. It really bothered me to see elderly patrons taking a chance shopping to take advantage of sales probably for their grandchildren and having to waste time at the checkouts to have a manager assist them. Why would Walmart create such a headache for cashiers and customers to deal with. This is not the time for slick money making tactics. People want to try and support businesses but they really need to get in and out of stores as quickly and as safely as possible. Waiting for price checks, supervisors and signage verification etc. increases consumers risk. read more

GO TO MILLBROOK WALMART. It's worth the extra four minute drive. Soda machine took my change. When I tried to get the woman's attention inside she told me to "Hang on a minute. " then turned around and began a conversation with friends. The other greeter ignored me as well until I had to circle around her TWICE to get her attention. When asking about the machines they simply said, "Oh yeah they are all broken. Took my change too." No signs, no offer to give me my money back nothing. I asked if I should go to customer service and was told they couldn't do anything either. This Walmart has so many issues besides this but it's the tip of the iceberg. Go to millbrook. Automotive -- this is the slowest, rudest, most careless WM auto shop I've dealt with anywhere in the country. They are beyond terrible. Also tried to charge me to rotate my tires because the lifetime rotation package I bought was from the Wetumpka Walmart and not theirs. Yea that was a fun, long argument. Don't get oil change here. Had them knock out a simple oil change months ago. Just did another oil change at Firestone. Turns out the Walmart folks didn't tighten the cap and there is oil all over the engine. Can't tighten a cap properly? Never going back... read more
