After a great dinner in Paris, I arrived here late. Found a spot, parked and locked up for the night. Yes, I have a camper van and this Walmart apparently still tolerates RVers. I was up at 5:30 and on my way before they opened at 6:00. So while I did not get the chance to shop the store. I did get to appreciate the cleanliness of the restroom. So there's that. You would think they cared more about their product at this store.and when I talked to Angel the Manager in duty. And she seemed like I was bothering her.i dont know of the product got removed but it was so bad I think the health department should have been called. Another customer walking by seen it as well and might have called them. The manager sure didnt care about it. She even told us " it wasn't her department". Paris texas walmart has the worst produce I hav ever seen at a walmart or any grocery store. Most pf their produce has rotten food and insect holes on cantelope. Mossst of the pproduce you have to pppick through rotten food to find some that are ok. Grapes go bad in one day, bags of salad 1 to 2 days. The other pproduce the same. One of the WORST WALMARTS IVE EVER BEEN TO. HORRIBLE RUDE EMPLOYEES, no one will check you out but they stand at the end of the aisles to watch their friends "forget" to pay. Most are in their phones the whole time. They are out of stock on half the list each time. You have to watch your back walking out so you dont get robbed. Not even kidding. Employees literally watch people walk out with full carts of unpaid merchandise. Big screen TVs go out every single trip we are there. There are fights and yelling on a regular basis. This was an online order. 1st order was much needed Feeding tube food. After waiting they canceled online order. We had to order asap pay freight from Amazon. 2nd was a Pink smart watch for birthday present. I recieved a Red watch and had no time to order another gift 3 days before her birthday. Only way to get refund was to return watch which would of left me with nothing. Poor Customer Service....Amazon has never done this. I will be ordering from Amazon. read more

Most employees that are wearing masks at all wear them under their noses. They also don't require customers to wear masks. Shelves are a mess and you can never find an employee when you need one. read more

So I stopped in Walmart Paris Texas to pick up a cake , but changed to cupcakes. I chose 2 containers of 12 cupcakes from the bakery. I then went to 20 items or less checkout where as I stepped up to put cupcakes on counter the checker came around and directed me to go to the next aisle where the checker had just completed checking out another customer. The second checker said the 1st was not busy go back to her. Now I don't have a lot of patience so now I am feelings little angry , then the checker decides to turn the cupcake container upside down . Needless to say the cupcakes were a mess upside down , on the side with icing all over , she then ask me if I would like to go back and get more. no I want to keep those wouldn't you ? I go back and get more and when I come back the two checkers and friends all have a great laugh. Besides being embarrassed I am boiling . I speak to the manager on the way out and she was less interested than most people in eating liver. The checkers should be ashamed ,and the manager should be ashamed of themselves and the fact that trying to bring others down and embarrass them , which seems to have become some people's favorite pastime. As for me I try to make people comfortable and proud .....let's raise each other up. read more

This place. How can I even start?? Well, the service isn't good, thats for sure. Anytime I ask an employee a question, they give a short answer and it seems they don't enjoy working here. The little arcade area at the west entrance had open wires that a child could ELECTROCUTE themselves with. Not to mention that the prices are super high. Lazy employees, there were three employees when I asked for help in the jewelry department & not one turned to assist & after I asked for help there quickly replied that Walmart didn't not carry the item I asked for. We are on our way to do some volunteer tornado cleanup in TN, so stopped at Walmart in Paris to pick up some inexpensive jeans for working. Didn't know what size to buy so I took two pair to the dressing room only to be told by two women (who were doing NOTHING but standing there talking to each other - a very common occurrence there!) that the dressing room was closed because of the virus situation. I said, well I can take them home try them on and bring back the one that doesn't fit. NOPE. Can't do that either. So I just put them down and said I would just forget it them. They had the audacity to get angry at ME and tell me it wasn't their fault. Walmart needs to do some extensive customer SERVICE training. i called 4 times. the first time to check on pepper spray if have and how much. it took for ever to get them to answer. then when did they said at desk yes if they have it . but didn't know how much. i asked are you sure you have it even? i was told dint know. but then i had to ask she to put me with them. ( i have a bad foot and due for surgery on it in a week. and i cant get help over phone now. how will i then.but then when she puts me back to sporting not answer for 5 mins. then it went dead. i call back and this one put me with auto motor. it rang for 5 mins. i hung up and called again. told operator 3 times. i've called and still now one. so she did auto again. held 7 mins. know one ansered till she got back on it again. said i guess thier not going to answer. you know everyone has done cut backs. but this is crazy.went from all the check outs to not many. then these self ones. i spend my money in them and a lot of it in there and hate goung into there. for not getting waited on good anymore. then they want you to order on line and prices arent much better and then have ti pick up . wheres kmart ??? bring them back. i work at campbell soup and if we have to listen to walmart then they should us. they need more people working and not raising cost to.more iver if ya cant wait on customers. let other stores in. wheres big lots ??? by the way. i never got a person on phone even after 7 mins. of holding to tell me if they had any in and price. my feed aren't in good shape to run all over . i don't call to find out things much. and then go thue this. there are people out there in wheelchairs and one legged and i hate to know if they have as much of a time as i did today. this is crazy. i'm not going to use those self check outs. and i know a lot of people don't want them and say the same thing. if they can't wait on me in person then i'll leave it. what happen to caring about the ones that do and want to spend our money there? we don't matter anymore.???? read more

I really like this walmart because they have a lot of items that the other walmarts do not have.This Walmart keeps in stock a lot of products for my Dodge Ram van that I am not able to find at the Walmart in Hugo,Oklahoma.In addition, the customer service is average when it comes to helping you,The only bad thing that I did not like is that sometimes it is kind of hard to find someone to help you find the products that you are looking for. read more
