Walmart is the place to go after the holidays for those good steaks for next year. I like to load up n wrapping paper for next year when they are 50% off. They usually have some neutral patterns too for other holidays. I like to buy cute decorations for next year in the after Christmas sale too. Other than their holiday deals they have some descent options for food items. I usually buy the great value brand because they are usually the exact same product, just cheaper. I did try their new Better Goods red salt chips( can't remember the name) and they are so good and under $3 a bag. Very salty, but that's the flavor. read more

Wife went in to purchase a Nintendo game and pass. Checking out at the electronics section the "Manager" seemed to be upset with one of the workers and ended up checking her out. Wife was asked if she wanted insurance to which she said no and the receipt was printed and handed to my wife before the "Manager" walked off. Wife got home to find that the receipt given did not have the access code that is normally printed. She went back to see if they could help her with it and was told that the codes could not be reprinted and they could not refund this type of purchase. The "Manager" was not there anymore (within 40min of this all happening). She was assured by a "Team Leader" from another department who said they would need to take picture of her receipt and check cameras to verify. Wife agreed as she just wanted it resolved. The "Team Leader" came back and said that it was on camera that the "Manager" put both receipts on the bag. Wife stated that was not the case and that they must have seen something wrong because the product was bagged and slid to her then the receipt was printed and handed to her and she had to put the one receipt in the bag. She was accused of lying and that she was trying to misappropriate another $30 code. She was "marked" to not shop there anymore and escorted out when she asked to see the footage that they claimed was there knowing what they told her was blatantly incorrect. To be treaded like a liar and thief is unacceptable. How is it that they can make false statements, not do due diligence, and ban the good customers and be okay with it. We weren't asking for anything additional except the reprint of the code/receipt. read more

Came over here to have one tire installed after an associate couldn't find the fourth tire for my car. When I went to drive my car home, I checked the trunk. They had thrown my mickey mouse spare into my trunk instead of putting it into the wheel well. Had to go back around to have it put in because when they threw it in, the lid to the well collapsed. Sheesh! Imagine that! The weight of the tire and wheel, along with the rim is quite heavy, so anyone with an education over the 5th grade should know that s problematic. This Walmart has horrible customer service. Their employees have no knowledge of the products they sell. I need help with the product in electronics and couldn't find an employee. And then realize the person that was there was an employee only he wasn't wearing a badge so I had no idea until I asked. I was shopping for a new printer and wanted to take a look at a printer that was locked up inside the case. I understand that they have to keep their products locked up, but he didn't want to even let me look at the product before I purchased it. I told him he could stand right there and watch me as I looked at it but that seems like a big problem for him so he took it to the counter, and I had to look at it there. OK no big deal. And then I asked him what type of ink cartridges would I be getting? Where would they be located? Would he mind showing me where they were so I could see how much they cost whenever I need them. I have only been to this location in person once and it resembled a People of Walmart theme park. However this is this location that any Grocery delivery order is from and oh my gah... I'm not sure who they have in their grocery pick up department but based on the quality of my orders I presume they are illiterate and like to throw things. Super cool. Legit the worst pick up location for walmart groceries. Have made two trips to get my order, the first time, the employees left early, spent 30 minutes trying to get my order and was told to just come back the next day because they'll hold the order for 24 hours. Went back within 24 hours and told they already returned everything to the shelf and they can't repick the items. So now i have to reorder everything and make a third trip - you can bet it won't be at this location. Absolutely disgusting service and lack of management. read more

It's a Walmart with Walmart food, clothes, auto shop, etc. It has Walmart employees, some better at their job than others. I use it because I get my prescriptions at the pharmacy and the majority of the staff there are nice, kind and helpful. So, I pick up the scripts and do the grocery shopping. The biggest complaint I do have is the parking lot. It's filthy and I know that a large lot + lots of people shopping there who don't care about where they drop their trash is hard, but a little attempt during the summer when the trash is stinking under the hot sun. A tip if you get your prescriptions, ask the tech who takes your script if they have any coupons for the medication you're getting. I got several coupons entered into my walmart pharmacy data base and I didn't have to carry a paper coupon around to remember to use each time I filled it. read more

I just walked out with my groceries, one small bag and a box with shoes. People in front exiting. Family in front basket full, he did not ask for receipt and neither did he ask for a receipt for the people in front of them, white family. On my way in he asked for a receipt from a family exiting going through the family items they were black. White family exiting behind them just walked out no asking for receipt. I said you didn't ask them for a receipt, he said "their stuff is in bags and you have a shoe box not bagged". Okay i can see that but explain the other families who had groceries and boxed items! Man...I tell you what..these auto techs seriously need to go through an ASE certification. When I brought my vehicle in to get my tires rotated.. The guy first said that my tires didn't need to be rotated since my tread was wearing evenly. Umm, yeah I kinda want to keep it that way which is the point of changing your tires you yahoo. So after I educated him that his statement didn't matter he then made me aware that he doesn't know if he should switch the tires from front to back, or in an x front to back...umm aren't you supposed to know this since you do this for a living?!? I seriously think Walmart goes around and asks Bums off the street if they'd like a job and then put them into Tire and Lube centers. Smh. read more

One word describes this Walmart, location! Wow hovering around the parking lot like a bunch of vultures, even when you're on the phone they want to interrupt you begging for money. Just to get in the doors and out of the doors you have to have a handful loose change and throw it in the middle of the parking lot, to get their attention so you can make it to your vehicle. Maybe they should go up the street to the mall where higher class people shop. I'm just saying will have better luck getting some money there then at Walmart or middle-class people like myself go. I honestly would have given a 2 star review except for the fact that the employee Tylr went above and beyond to assist me after I completely destroyed my toe at work and needed a motorized cart. I had crutches and he noticed that I was struggling with both the cart AND the crutches so Tylr offered to place my crutches in a safe place until I was finished shopping. The other employees could really take a lesson from Tylr and learn about customer service, respect and boundaries. I shouldn't have to hear you cussing every few words whilst loudly debriefing your coworker about your personal drama. The ladies restroom was disgusting and completely out of toilet paper in my stall so I had to ask the lady in the neighboring stall. Well it's not the nicest Walmart I've ever been to but it has everything you would expect from a Walmart. I have been a handful of times and I always find what I need. I love their little pet section where I can grab some treats or a cute outfit for my dogs. They also have great everyday house supplies. Ok.. so a couple times their veggies have not been super fresh... So I don't get them there anymore. I personally don't have a problem coming to this location and have always gotten great service. Management are terrible here, they treat associates like shit. They have associates roaming around aimlessly because they have no routine here... they don't train you properly, they don't show you how to do anything else besides stock shit. They talk behind your back and they definitely have favorites. No wonder why all the team leads,l and coaches either left or transferred because management here are fucking terrible and they often put the needs of their workers off and are very lazy. Management don't help out for shit and make any worker they find do their work for them. You can ask them something and they'd be like "yeah I'll see what I can do" and don't do shit, These are some lazy ass mofos and they only care about themselves and their personal gain... all the bad shit I heard about Walmart is true. don't work here because this place is definitely not a good place to work at, they use you for 3 months because you're new and then treat you like trash. I love Walmart's food section where they serve hot food. I came there 8/21/18 at 6:00pm to order food. Before I can finish the words the lady "BRIDGETT" cut me off. Me: "I said hey when will the" Bridgett: "chicken will be done in 15mins" Bridgett: "is there anything else you need" Attitude voice Before I can respond she walks to the back and gets on the phone for 10 mins while me and other customers and employees wait. I just get irritated walking in the door at this Walmart. I end up waiting in line at the money center for 30min or more when I need something from there even when the line isn't that long. The store is decently stocked but trying to get around the store is impossible because it is ridiculously overcrowded. They need two Walmart stores on the south side of OKC. Most of the employees are pleasant, the store is a little dirty but what can you expect from the amount of traffic. read more
