I'm writing concerning the Minden La. Walmart pharmacy department. It is rude beyond comprehension. The workers act as though they're doing you a favor by simply listening to your request. They are extremely ugly on the phone for the most part and they have hung up on me because of their impatience! I really dislike going to the pharmacy department in Minden La. Now the automotive department experience is wonderful each and every time I go there-no problem. The managers need to do their job and step up and remove those slackards that are there just to rack up a pay check. I hope the bad seed is remove from the store entirely. Thanks, D.T. read more

The employee are rude especially in the electronics department you'll be very very lucky if you can get anyone of them to stop running their mouth longer enough to acknowledge you're there and that you're waiting to be helped. read more

This is the worst walmart I've ever been too. Not only do they not keep their items stocked (for example they had the same acorn squash for over a month. The same one!) but their fresh produce is far from fresh. Several times I have found many many things covered in mold and when I told a manager he said it wasn't his problem and was extremely rude not to mention they only have about 2 registers open. If this wasn't the closest and only walmart near me you best believe I'd never return. read more

Every time I go to pay out at least one or more items are always higher that marked on the shelf space and the most of employees are rude.

There was an incident that happened at the store today where a woman passed out, hit her head on the floor, began to have a seizure while bleeding from her ears. This happened in very close proximity to the pharmacy but no one working attempted to help and refused to call 911 because a manager wasn't present. Cell phones had no service, and of course the manager took her sweet ass time to get there. Once she did get there her only concern was to question the husband about what happened instead of calling 911. I understand that companies have protocols to follow, but the ignorance of how the manager and all the pharmacy employees acted was downright enraging. If it had been my family I would be filing a lawsuit. Staff here are complete MORONS! read more

The employees are seriously rude. The pharmacy is deplorable. I waited 3 weeks for a life saving medicine to be filled. They kept insisting my doctor had not called it in. Come to find out it was their fault. They had 3 seperate profiles on me for some unknown reason. My medicine had been sitting there the entire time. I go to pick it up and one of the pharmaxy employees argue with me about it being my fault. She even laughed when I was complaining to the manager about it being life or death for me to have that medicine. Furthermore,I am always treated poorly by the pharmacy cashiers. Most of the store team members are immensely rude and act as if they are put out if you ask them a question or for help. Ill never shop at this store again. Id rather drive 50 miles out of my way before being treated so poorly. Management definitely needs to step up.
