The rudest people I have ever have the displeasure to meet. For two months now they have been unable to auto fill my prescriptions. The last time I went there they were only able to give me a partial refill (36 out of 60) on my most needed medication, but only after I insisted that I had to have this the same day because I was totally out. Today I went back to get the remainder of the medication (24 pills). I told the person at the counter that I must have this before Thursday. She said that they did NOT owe me any, and that the bottle showed the amount as 36. When I said no this is only a partial and that she needed to look up the script number that's when she got rude, so I turned to the pharmacist that was standing at the counter. I rather hastily slammed the bottle down on the counter and told him that I need this filled and that they owe me. The the woman claiming to be the manager told me that I need to leave and that they will NOT give me the balance of the script. She then called the police and had me escorted out of the building. As I was leaving I was told that I would have to get my medication else-ware because they will no longer fill ANY of my meds. read more

Drove up to window at 10:30. One car ahead of us. There was no interaction between that car and the window for 6 minutes, so I called the store to see if someone was in the drive thru area. I was connected to someone in a call center. She was very nice and said she'd call this location. She came back on at 10:38 and said they were "backed up", but would get to us soon. There were now 6 cars in line and the 1st still had no interaction. At 10:40, the first car got their order and pulled away. We got ours at 10:43. read more

Waited over 25 min for one car in the drive through, only to come inside and notice one person checking with a full staff. The woman at the counter looked agitated at 10 am. read more

Horrible service!!!. I have spent 15 min in the drive through trying to drop off a prescription and I am still here. Hemmed in by other cars and their side blockade! They obviously need to hire more people. Pathetic!!! read more

I have never experienced such rude disrespectful discriminating people in my life. Asked for a perception to be transferred she said it will be 2hrs to transfer and a hour to fill it we will call when it ready they never did. I called the next day,maaaam it musta got skipped I said can you please do transfer it after 3 hrs I got it. While I was in the drive through I had my window down I saw and heard how the treated people of there own race happy and friendly I drive up no smile or hello nothing but a dirty look. read more
