This Walmart is a nice superstore. It is well stocked. Prices are reasonable. Very comparable to other stores.

This was my first visit to this location. Not know the exact layout of everything, I asked several staff questions during my visit. Some staff were restocking, others were chitchatting and the others were at the service desk and pharmacy. All of the staff I encountered were irritated and responded passive-aggressive manner in their word choices and tone. O was traveling with a family member who recently had surgery limiting their ability to walk long distances. We chose to go to Walmart because we expected the ridding wheeled cart would o be available. None of the ridding wheeled carts (of which there were only 3) were charged or working. I noticed several staff using the carts, around the store and behind the service desk. I completed understand their need to support team members. However staff and customer needs should be balanced. If you are in the area and this store is the closest Walmart, I would choose another location (in Fond du Lac, Green Bay or Sheboygan) or go to Meijer. read more

I haven't been to this location since before COVID hit in the spring. Maybe that's it but this place has gone down hill so far. Rotting produce, filthy floor in the produce and deli area. And the staff seem so down. Not one person spoke and a few went out of their way not to. Not well stocked and seriously understaffed even for a Walmart. I thought with a new Meijers in town they would step up their game but looks like they have taken a back seat for sure. And the manager with the bird name needs to seriously lose the attitude. Better than average Wal-Mart. NO APPLE PAY though; (Come on Wal-Mart)!! Store layout is nice. Great selection of merchandise. Would have given them four stars except for the checkout experience. Self checkout service still appears to be in beta testing (cumbersome); the regular lines tend to be slow. read more

I will not go here unless it is absolutely necessary. I mean: yes, it is a Walmart and they are all terrible, but this one is exceptionally terrible. The staff is beyond slow and I've never had a cashier that wasn't complaining about being at work. The customer service desk is beyond ridiculous. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get to the front to cash a money order. They gave me a form to fill out. I filled it out, went to the back of the line, waited another 45 minutes to get up to the front again, and was told I didn't even need the initial form. Don't waste your time. I'd rather drive to Green Bay over this one. Two thumbs DOWN. read more

I'm not really pro-Walmart but the staff has always been extremely helpful and very patient. It has the negatives of being a Wal-Mart but this location has plenty of parking and nice people (from what I could tell). I'm a bit surprised about the very negative reviews. Worst part for me (at any Wal-Mart) is the breed of folks who shop there! I've probably fallen in that category more than once. read more

I was so disappointed with the door dash delivery . they did not leave my order i paid by pay pal.no signature required. they took it back to the store and the store had to deliver it. just leave it on my front porch and ring my door bell and thats how i received all my orders from Walmart. If I could give this WALMART NO STARS I WOULD! Went to the electronics section and needed help, pressed the button on the counter 2 separate times, probably a time span of 15 minutes. A few people in Walmart vests walks by not acknowledging us when we're clearly standing in front of the register with no one in site. Finally a worker who's in a different dept walks by, we lock eyes and he continues walking!!? What the? Seriously? Then my mom tells them we need help...this guy walks over with an attitude as if we were bothering him. Please hire some good help not just any person who applies! This place has NO customer service. If you can't help me, don't put it on your shirt Walmart. Do NOT recommend this Walmart at all! Poor Manty residences. Target needs to roll in and help these people out! read more

I love the Walmart in Manitowoc. Great prices, fresh good quality food. I Love the chicken breasts and wild caught salmon filets. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. read more

Don't buy a cell phone here. They will not work and it will be difficult to return it. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere

I used to love shopping at walmart but it seems like the last few years it went down hill. The employees are not trained right. Plus they need a clock on the wall by the checkouts so you know when it's 10 pm and they lock the east doors. Many times I walk all t he way from the opposite side of the building checkout to leave thru those doors and walk pass numerous employees that just smile at me and then I get to the doors to find they are locked. You would think they could be polite and say iam sorry but those doors are locked now when they see us walking to leave that way . I always stop other customers and tell them it's locked because the employees wont. Even if they could just block off the area to where you can see its blocked before you waste your time. But no the block it by the doors to where you can't see it until you are at the area. How stupid is that. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY. Thank god Meijer is coming.. read more

HORRIBLE. I admit, I buy a lot of makeup from Walmart. With that being said, I take my time. Also, I've made so many mistakes when it comes to foundation- either too light or too dark. SO, one day I thought I'd bring one of my higher end foundation that matches my skin perfectly to buy a new affordable foundation to use everyday. WELL, as I take out my foundation to help me match a new foundation, a stocker there saw, and called up one of the thief catchers to watch me. OH by the way, I worked here before so I know exactly who that thief catcher is. How obvious that she is watching me. I always hear stories of ladies bringing their perfect match foundation to help them match foundations. I never steal, but I can't even shop peacefully. I can't even debate what I want to purchase.
