And they keeps adding more shiznit. Easily accessible Madison location with tons o parking space as usual Never thought I would get most o my Morningstar veggie sausages, bacon, burgers & other alt. meats rights here Never bought clothes here so can't comment ; but saw T-shirts for $4!?! This has been a day from hell trying to shop at this Walmart! First, I was at self checkout ringing up $300.00 worth of groceries and the young girl working there was insulting the whole time. I finally had enough and told her to keep the damn groceries! Then, I talked to some manager ( Michelle) and she called someone over her to come and talk with me. Well, UPPER management was so concerned about me ( the Customer that spends money up there every week!) that they never even came up to talk to me! And then, I got a text my car was ready ( from the oil change) I go pay for that. Get in, the check engine like is flashing red, I turn around go back and told them in automotive....the girl that rang me out said, just drive it, it will go off. I drive it 15 miles home, still on. Walmart calls to bring my car back, they had left a plug out when they changed the oil! (?) WTH?? I will NOT be spending any more of my money at this store!! read more

Madison, GA Walmart. Verbally attacked in the self checkout line by a walmart truck driver, stalked and intimidated by same employee to my vehicle. Management aware and did nothing to intervene. Care nothing for the safety of women from their own monstrous employees. Women, if you go there alone, concealed carry. Walmart Supercenter - Department Stores Near Me - Madison, Georgia

I'd placed an order to pick up and the picker who was supposed to pick just two items marked Both as unavailable.The order wasn't even going to be available for pickup until 6:07 p.m., Even though I had place the order almost 4 hours prior, when I was getting an oil change there. I'm not local so I had to wait, and Miss those hours of time with my children, because I needed the two items that I was purchasing quite urgently. 30 minutes prior to 6:00, I called and spoke with someone who proceeded to say that I could " Just cancel the order and come get it myself" but then at 6:07, when I go to check in to pick up the order, I see that the picker had marked both items unavailable. I went inside and found both items, the exact items I had ordered that had been marked as unavailable. I was still told that I could not take the items. I canceled the order, even though I had financed through affirm, I went to do another order with the items, having the items right in front of me, but then was told that the pickup system shuts down at 6:00. So I canceled that one, which means at this point I had been charged the down payment for the order twice through the third party company, who's refunds take 3-45 days to process, which isn't Wal-Mart's fault but what Is is that the picker marked my entire order unavailable when Both Items were There and then after being charged twice, adding up to More than the cost of one of the two items, I still had to leave empty handed, the people who pick the pick up orders Do Not Care, and everyone involved in the Entire ordeal other than one Very nice lady had terrible attitudes and all but refused to help me. I had ordered an air conditioner and a laptop, which I'm going back to college and it's hot in Georgia, both items are urgently needed. The only person who has been nice and understood my distress was a white lady with long hair who'd said she'd just gotten back from Vacation and working at another store. She was Great, but I still left with my account having been pulled from so much I couldn't just buy the items and empty handed. I will NEVER order from this Walmart Ever Again. I'm certain the lazy picker who didn't even Try to find the two items won't even be reprimanded and after that whole ordeal and how awful it was, that's shameful. read more

I love this Walmart! Except for one thing and one thing only... I walked down the baking isle and there was flour everywhere! I walked into my house and noticed my floor had flour footprints everywhere! It was also in my hair. Y'all need to do a better job mopping (which they never do.) read more

Horrible pick up service. Always incorrect and missing items. I'm going to Kroger for grocery pick up. Walmart is terrible!

GREAT LOCATION, NICE PEOPLE! This Walmart is conveniently located just off of I-20 and is easily accessed from both directions. It is a great place to stop and pick up last minute travel supplies and snacks. The store was relatively quiet today and we were able to easily find everything we needed and get through check out without difficulty. Stopping by this store was a pleasure because customers and employees were very warm and welcoming. read more
