Heaven help you if your grocery delivery is missing an item you have paid for! Today I have spent a total of 60 min. trying to get them to deliver 5 bananas that were left out of the delivery. Finally, I was told that no driver would accept the delivery because there was no new order # for it. Yet they were STILL claiming I would get the bananas delivered. I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold, and after 20 min., no one came on, & I hung up in disgust. read more

This is pretty much the only accessible supercenter within our town, unless you want to go to Belen or ABQ. Considering that, you'd think they'd take a lot more care with checking aisles for moved, damaged, or spoiled merchandise. Or at the very least that they would train employees to put clothing on the correct sized hangers. But no, of course not. The amount of times I have found clearly spoiled drinks or food left on merchandise shelves, or have bought the wrong size clothing because the hanger was a different size than what was on it, or have found a potentially dangerous item in a kid's area, is absolutely ridiculous. Workers are usually polite whenever I interact with them and the actual prices and stock make it worth not going to a different town or city, but they don't have enough workers to keep up with maintaining the store properly nor enough training (or care) put into what is actually being stocked and processed behind the scenes. Wish they'd do better so they wouldn't see so many returns or issues. read more

would give it less than one if I could. on January 16, 2020, i went into the Los Lunas Store#3596 to return for a refund an air matress that failed to hold air (within 90 days of original purchase). since the product did not work, i wanted a refund and not an exchange. I was told by the customer service associate that i could only exchange it, since the box was open. I went ahead and completed the exchange, even though this was not what I wanted. I did not want another air mattress that I expect to fail. I wanted my money back so I could get different brand of air mattress from different store. so now I have an air mattress I do not want because it will fail. I completed a survey on line on January 16, 2020 which is not something I do often. I expressed complete dissatisfaction with everything as I was completely disgusted by this. but I knew better than to expect any response from that from anyone at Walmart. I go to this Walmart almost daily for groceries and other necessities, this is due to the convenient location. But that is going to change, even with having to go through major road construction, I am going to shop elsewhere for the foreseeable future. this policy of not refunding when a product breaks because the package is open is garbage. if I purchase something and it does not work properly, how do I know that without opening it? When i find out it doesn't work properly, I do not want another one. I want my money back. at that point I have lost confidence in the product. I also lose confidence in stores that sell bad merchandise. but you are too big to really care anymore. if and when I end up going back at this store, my shopping will be limited. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to the store needing one essential item. Could not find it. Asked an associate and was told it was in the garden center. Went to garden center, and it was closed. Have to imagine that someone could get the item I needed. Asked the associate in clothing to see if she could page someone to garden center. She was SO RUDE. She told me it was a lockdown and the garden center was not a necessity. I kindly explained to her that the item I needed was indeed a necessity because it keeps running water supplied to our home. She just stared at me and again said she would not page an associate to the garden center. This ASSocite was the rudest person I have encountered in a while. My state has been open for shopping for a week. Because this Walmart has food, it has not closed during the Covid-19 shutdown. On a good day, this store has empty shelves all the time. Today was beyond bad. Indeed, I walked out without buying anything because I was so disgusted with the lack of goods. HATE this store. OMG! These people are dumber than a box of rocks! Ordered a cake and a 6ft sandwich, yesterday. Took nearly an hour to find the cake, no condiments with the sandwich. The customer service at this Walmart needs some improvement. Especially at the returns counter for example. There could be one person trying to handle all the returns and struggling to be fast but the line keeps getting longer. Everyone can see that the CSMs come back behind the counter and put items in the return boxes yet offer no help at all. I understand that they have other things to do but they just need to stop for just 10 minutes and help to make it a pleasant place to be. read more

For a Walmart, this one is pretty great. It's clean, the shelves are actually stocked, and the staff are willingly helpful. If Los Lunas is anywhere near close for you, this one's better than any of the locations in Albuquerque- it's totally possible to shop and exit WITHOUT a headache! read more

Me and my boyfriend stood at deli for 10 minutes while the deli worker ignored us and talked to another employee. Once she was done she did not acknowledge us at all. I went in this afternoon to return a comforter I had got wrong size when I purchased it.the door greeter was extremely kind.went to customer service and the first lady was nice enough, I didn't have my receipt I told her I paid with my card but she said she didn't find it.i asked if I could just get the money back on a gift card she said no.she said I could exchange it I went and looked and got one but as I was reading it the paper said it was polyester I told her that I can not use polyester, my skin is super sensitive. Now there was a manager I believe, super rude and I mean super rude.she heard me when I was talking to the other lady and I still had to repeat myself. I wasn't even asking for the money just a gift card. I still left that darn store with a polyester crap!!! It says 90 day's with or without receipt and yes I did read the whole sign....30 something is nothing to this store but to a disabled person like myself it's alot and I still won't be able to use it because of it being polyester. It was not a big deal for this huge cooperation to give a gift card!!! As far as Wal-Mart's go, I've seen better. This Wal-Mart is constantly letting the shelves go empty. I ask some one for help and they disappear. Both milk and bread I've looked at recently were already expired. How can a store like this run out of butter, chicken and dog food? This has got to be the worst Wal Mart Super Center. They have over 20 cash registers in store and only open 2-3 during the day and 1-2 if you are lucky at night. Self check out is a joke, has more people in these lines because they do not have enough cash registers open. Most times there are over 10 customers lined up at one register and is you complain they say the manger won't hire more people because they have a tight budget and can't and won't hire more people. We need Target here to compete with this monopoly store we have no other store to shop and NO grocery store on this side of the Village! Albuquerque is over an hour away where most of us go to shop. Shelves are not stocked and when you well a Ass ociate about it they do nothing to get more of common items people need and want. read more

Terrible service and a bad experience at Pickup department. I waited for over an hour for my item because no one could find it. When I asked the manager, for some kind of compensation, for my inconvenience, her bureaucratic response was,'we don't do that'. This tells me there's no accountability or responsibility taken for poor service, and that there is no policy, and no desire, to make things right, for customers who have been treated poorly. read more
