The garbage is never changed and it's always put off on somebody else but that's also supposed to be okay

If I could give the store no stars that's exactly what it deserves everybody who works here is mistreated by upper management and it seems to be an ongoing thing for over 5 years now I am extremely happy that I do not work there anymore because the terms and conditions of working there is not what you're hired to do there's always an issue it's always negative vibes and there's never a positive outcome there's no room for growth raises or anything especially learning experiences although I can say I have learned one thing I will never work at that Walmart again it is ridiculous how they let just anybody have a manager position and let them be as rude as they are up there they seriously need to be under investigation

Waited very long, over 20 minutes, with no update on my pickup order. When I called the number on the sign got the voicemail!

I've gone to the market more than a few times but finally was able to visit for lunch one day…read morerecently and the restaurant experience was great! It was a bit busy, a beautiful Saturday afternoon, but we didn't have trouble getting a table. Everything on the menu sounded good but in the end we split an order of the grilled calamari to start and I went with the elicoidali boscaiola for my entree. The calamari was very good. Quite heavy on the citrus but I really liked the grilled zucchini and marinated beans that came with. I actually wish we had a little more of the zucchini though. The elicoidali boscaiola was delicious though quite rich. It's house-made elicoidali pasta in a white wine cream sauce with pancetta, shallots, garlic, mixed mushrooms, peas, chicken, and pamigiano. The portion was also huge, especially for lunch, and came out piping hot. I had more than enough for leftovers to take home (which reheated pretty good, even though cream sauces don't always live up to a second meal, I definitely had some separation with the butter but it still tasted great). At $27 for the entree it was pricey for lunch but considering I got two hearty meals out of it I won't complain!

I'm also grading yelp here, as they don't allow you to address individuals issues (probably only…read morecorporate or which ideally they'd have someone who would, but not here, because $$$). So, I'm going to try and address/explain because Buschs never will. Laura Y. - Buschs, like every other company employees special needs people because the govt gives them incentive money to do so. A great deal of incentive money. This is legal. If you have enough $$$, most things become legal. Denise B. this also answers your question regarding being uncomfortable - anyone who bags groceries at Buschs is a service clerk first. Presently 95% of service clerks hired are special needs (and many hired just for the govt subsidy, which makes everyone else have to work harder). As I was told yesterday - this person can't do the job he was hired for, so they have to take the few cashiers off their lanes to do the job that these people were hired for (yet can't do). That makes everyone elses job harder. Deanna M. - thank you, and I'm sorry. The people who are put on self checkout, are generally favorites and most don't like doing it. I wouldn't want to do it. It's a corporation, and corporations are always anti-worker. There was a wonderful person there who did an incredible job at self checkout. She (and everyone has, but she suffered more than most during the past few years) ended up collapsing at self checkout (corporations Hate employees sitting at any time, regardless of the reason) and going into the hospital for an extended period of time. The company decided it wasn't responsible (no cameras and employees stepping forward who - were not on camera but would/should have been - to say no, she didn't trip, it was all her fault). She was 'an extremely valued employee' and yet they did not want to be responsible for her. Derek N. - being female I've never been in the mens bathroom, but the person they have cleaning them (paid and not an in-store employee) does a very cursory job and I feel your disgust because in the womens handicapped bathroom there is a mix of blood and urine on the wall). The rest of the reviews are older, so I'm just going to say the obvious here (which is not the obvious for everyone). On a good day, buschs has a very good produce selection (probably one of the best). On a bad day there's a skeleton crew, so always look at the bottom of packaged produce/fruit and - be picky (always look at the sell by date - in everything you buy because human error is a thing). The meat department also does an excellent job, and I would advise getting meat from buschs as opposed to any other brand. Most of the people at Busch's really care about customers. It would help if the executives (who decide things and I'm not sure they've ever even been in a store or understand demographics) wouldn't get to decide arbitrarily what happens in the stores. The new self check outs taking no cash is a huge mistake. No other company has done this. It will work in certain demographics, but not in the ones where people want to use mainly cash, get cash back and/or want cash from bottle returns. Just for this change I would give minus stars, if that were an option.

: I shop at Busch's a lot and because of the quality of the food that you sell I'm willing to pay…read morethe high prices on some of my shopping trips. I've been there twice this week and spent $250.. I expect way better Customer service than I've received on these last two visits for the prices that I pay for this food. Earlier this week, I went to the deli counter to pick up ham and cheese. In the middle of my order, another employee came up to the woman who was helping me and asked her if she wanted to go on break. They had a discussion about it and the other lady said as soon as she was done. She threw the ham on the counter and walked away, and I said ma'am, I'd like to get some cheese she was puffy with me and rude, but sliced the cheese for me and when I got home, it was all stuck together an entire pound, and none of the slices would come apart and just pour packaging trying to get done quickly. She was giving me attitude like I was holding her up from her break and I should not have overheard the conversation between her and her coworker. Tonight I got in line and there was a male manager at one register right next to an older lady at the other cash register. When I kindly asked her if she was open, she looked up at the light above my head and rolled her eyes at me and didn't respond and gave me a humph. I proceeded to unload my groceries onto the cart and was kind to her as she continued to bark orders at me and give me attitude throughout the exchange.. The manager at the registered next to us just ignored everything and acted like he didn't hear it. There is no reason for this type of rude behavior to come from someone that is a cashier in a grocery store line. I'm gonna give it one more shot, but if I get treated like this again in a rude manner or have bad Customer service from your employees, I won't go back and it's the closest grocery store to my house in Livonia.

I always considered Westborn a very expensive market because I live closer to the Westborn in…read moredowntown Plymouth. The neighborhood makes a difference in prices! This was my first time visiting Westborn Market in Livonia. The Livonia location has much better deals that I would never imagine finding at the Westborn in upscale Plymouth. There were good sales on cherries ($1.99/lb) and eggs (Dutch farm extra large eggs for $1.69/dozen). The vegetables look fresh and are reasonably priced. Some of the baked goods made at Westborn are still higher in price and on par with the location in Plymouth, but it's good to see some deals. This Westborn is also much larger than the one in Plymouth with lots of parking. I recommend coming to the Westborn when in Livonia!
