Maybe that review was a personal attack? Just seems very strange to have the exact opposite response. I came back recently and asked about a jacket I wanted to buy. The owner (in which I didn't know he was the owner) stated he would be happy to assist me. He took the time to go to the back and see if there was a jacket I could try on for comparison. After trying it on, I requested him to order a smaller size. He stated he would do that asap and would let me know when it arrived or he would be willing to bring it to Thomasville. Hello, that's top notch customer service because I don't go to Moultrie often. Anyways, I called a few days ago and it was in fact in transit to the store! While there are a few other nationwide stores (Bath and Body Works, Foot Locker, Hibbet Sports, etc), many are local stores. Many stores closed due to the economic impacts, however, so there is little variety. However, you will be able to meet most needs. The lack of variety means that it takes little time to explore the entire mall, should you be on a time limit. There is a movie theater associated with the mall. It is some distance away however but is a great source of entertainment. It is handicap-accessible for the most part. There is no specified formal area within the mall itself to rent wheelchairs, though JCPenney will rent them to shoppers (this store also has an automatic door if pushing a wheelchair through. Some smaller shops may present difficulty maneuvering. One note is that there is one eatery, a small Chinese establishment which has decent food. If you don't like Chinese, you will need to leave the mall and travel to a nearby restaurant. Overall, a decent experience for the area. Should you want a better variety, you may want to make a trip to a larger town.
