I might stop into Walmart when I begrudgingly need to, possibly once or twice a year. This time I needed to purchase a small Keurig and it was only $50 compared to one being usually over $100. This Walmart was clean and organized with friendly employees, so it was a pretty pleasant experience, but only 3 stars bc I support small local business over corporations. read more

they used to have the charges visible as they put them into computer at the cashiers check out. now they dont....do you know why???? because they make a ton of extra money on those excess charges that were duplicated, put in as an error, etc. pretty much every time ii go to this walmart, they make errors, and if you don't catch it immediately...you have to stand over in customer service for 30 minutes to get your 6$$ or whatever back. as an alternative i stood behind cashier and caught an error immediately, so she said "you cant stand behind me". walmart rips off public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Walmart tire shop... here we go again.. OK, I previously wrote a review about how it took about an hour and a half to get ONE tire put on a car. You can go back and read the review if you want, but to sum it up, I had vowed not to go there for tires anymore. We'll... turns out Walmart has some of the cheapest tires online. And you can have them delivered to your door, often for free. Unless you fuck up like I did and click the "pick up in store"option. Having ordered tires through Walmarts website before, I usually get a notification and a tracking number to let you know when the tires are on the way in when they've been delivered so that I can get them before the porch pirates do. This time I got an email, complete with a QR code telling me my tires are ready to pick up at the tire center of my local Walmart. Damn, OK I thought it should be pretty easy I have the code on my phone right? Not so much. No one had any idea what to do with that code, after showing them the email. It turns out this is exactly the same employee I dealt with in my last review about my tire believe it or not. They asked what size the tires are? What brand? I had to go through my emails and look up all of this information for them, while they looked through a rack of tires trying to find the two I had ordered. None of the information I gave them was any help. I don't know who coordinates the brick and mortar shop with the online orders to go through there but there is some kind of disconnect going on because nobody knew anything! When I finally located my two tires, based on size, brand, the fact that there were only two of them on the shelf, and that they had come in the day before I then had to convince them that they were already paid for! Again, scrolling through the confirmation emails and showing them to the still very confused employee. Finally I get my tires, no paperwork, no receipt, and not once did I have to show any kind of identification. These could be anyone's Tires.... I was almost tempted to call back the next day and ask if my tires at arrived and pretend I didn't pick them up just to throw a little more chaos in their lives. I did not. I don't know if the problem is at the employee level, or the corporate level due to not training the employees. But whatever the case it makes for a terrible customer experience. read more

enjoying an evening of shopping at 10pm, Thursday November 22, 2024. two stockers in the personal care/medicines area as I walked by dropped a heavy bin on the floor startled me! I asked why on earth are you dropping it like that it is LOUD. he proceeded to drop another and the female with him chimed In dropping her bin made me mad i told them they aren't supposed to be doing that and how rude it was the female very smart alek-y told me to go talk to the manager it if I didn't like it so I did and by the time all was said and done, i was the shit because I got mad about it. So sad to see such disrespect and weak managers protect and justifying obnoxious workers. I felt sad when I left. Id rather not shop there because of the terrible staff and sadly it's mostly the Managers, if they had good ones In there, the staff would be much better. I've seen many cases here at this Walmart immature managers rallying the workers to behave a certain way against their own coworkers that they have a beef about. This is the type of behaviors managers are supposed to stop but at this Walmart the managers are the high school click type, and instigate things like this. they have the label manager but they really are the person who needs groupies and a good manager isn't like that. In this photo I waited for a while, went to ask for help but Ashley was using the register to help a lady with about 30 groceries items. Lloyd was staring at a phone and piece of paper for about 20 minutes without moving or looking up. A- when did the electronics department start ringing out people with more the 15 items of groceries and no electronics? B- what is on a single piece of paper that needs 20 min of staring? All I needed was a Xbox controller for my 5 year old but the electronics department is a grocery department now. All that I'm saying is it is frustrating to wait 20 plus minutes due to an old lady using the electronics department ring up a lot of groceries with no electronics. The manager Lloyd standing there spaced out and ignoring everything around him. I just needed a Xbox controller and of course it's locked up so I can't grab it. I recently went to Walmart in Lebanon Oregon. As a truck driver it's very convenient to find a Walmart with a suitable parking lot , do my shopping , and stay for about 10 hours . This is the way it is at every Walmart I've ever been to Across the Nation . Lebanon however will not allow truck drivers to park overnight they even have a no truck sign on the entrances to the parking lot . I called and asked about this and I was told that the truck parking was restricted because of drug use drug paraphernalia and other trash in the parking lot . Keep in mind there were three motorhomes parked in various places on the outskirts of the parking lot obviously with the intention of staying overnight . Well they did offer to allow me to temporarily park the truck so I could go shopping I declined . I will take my business elsewhere the insinuation that truck drivers and drug use go hand in hand is very insulting. I worked for a number of years as a meat cutter at Walmart 1077 in Tallahassee Florida . I find it absolutely inexcusable that this store chooses to do such a thing hopefully Bentonville Arkansas will read this and take action against the inhospitable Lebanon store . who the hell thinks its ok to close 15 minutes early in the automotive dept while in the middle of (being a crap sales woman) psuedo assisting a customer then goes a step further and tells their coworker pffff we are outta here stops everything opens the cash drawer pulls it and proceeds ro ditch a young lady named Emma (a gem of an employee as well as a thoughtful young lady!) who looks me in the eye (about to panic) then she decides to do her very best to help me and pulls it off 10/10 but she then has a woman named karie/carie (wouldnt tell me her name but she is the blonde woman who was hired as a lead in the automotive only god knows why) turn around and with a rude and diminishing tone have the nerve to say "I said, We are closing in 10! So close" as tjough she is going to fire Emma for making 200$ to sell me lights for my Cadillac at 1040 at night. Yes the timing sucked but I didn't chose for the light to go out did I and since I almost died in a car crash last year breaking a hip shattering my pelvis breaking my tibia and fibula oh some ribs puncturing a lung and having a tbi which lead to a coma and resulted in amnesia so yeah SCARY KARIE I felt that it was important enough to stop for AND thank god Emma had parents that raised her to care enough to help the people she was hired to help. So EMMA you are amazing and appreciated and kind, basically you are wonderful and deserve a little praise. Carrie/Karrie you are awful, a nasty boss, a mean woman and a thoughtless careless lead/manager who should be hidden behind a cubicle and only interact with paperwork if you can manage not to throw it away since you think that people are trash I can only imagine what you might do with paperwork. That said, I am contacting the corporate complaint dept, the store manager and every living soul that is willing listen to my story about uncaring carrie the leader that teetered on being a bully and thus incited this much anger in response to treating a thoughtful and kind young woman like she had a reason to fear her due to helping a customer be able to commute safely which in fact effects more than just myself. I came in at 11 a.m. to bring my truck in to get some tires put on it. The guy behind the counter told me to come back at 3 that I have an appointment.To bring the truck in and park it in the second lane. I told him and waited. I waited ...and waited ... I waited 3 hrs. before this guy finished. There had to be at least six employees in that department. All I could see was two guys working the whole time. there was an older gentleman with a beard who changed three cars tires and did two or oil changes before he got to my truck. Finally he got around to my truck. I just don't see how a business to be ran like that with cameras watching these employees the whole time and watching frustrated customers Pace back and forth and getting more and more frustrated by the time going on and on. Went to return some cans, 2 of the machines weren't working. Got someone to come look at them all he had to say was they aren't full and then decided to just walk away. Was not happy at all. He didn't care about helping us with trying to fix them or anything. Apparently he doesn't care enough to do his job right that he just leaves the machines out of order. Worst place to go in general. Horrible photo department. First attempt at having our family photos done got lost and took them a bit to find but it was settled after a half hour of aggravation so we figured one more attempt to see if it was a one time error which it was not. Now on the second set even with an email confirming they are ready they are lost again. Walmart needs to fire the person that handles the printing and labeling because the current system is flawed bad and to me seems like the woman who does the prints and filing can barely see. I go here quite often as I live right next the Supercenter. It's got quite the selection in different areas of the store, and the price is a lot more nicer on your wallet than say, Safeway, food wise. My main complaint is that a big proportion of the staff are very rude. They either pay you no mind, or appear agitated when approached. I've worked in retail and it is an semi-awful job particularly with the customers and I don't want to be one of those customers. They could just be more considerate of their customers and pretend. I'm not asking for conversation, God forbid you and I both know we don't want that, but I would prefer if you didn't appear as if I have ruined your day by huffing and puffing from asking where an item was. read more

Has your town been invaded by mutated insects? Killer Clowns? Sandmonsters?HEAD TO WALMART! Lebanon is about 10 miles from anything else. It's out there. I watched the film "Super 8" last night where (Spoiler Alert!) some kids find out an alien has invaded their small town. Other movies feature zombies or gremlins or whatever attacking these little burgs. Lebanon is almost exactly those towns and I expect some sort of apoctalyptic event any day now..probably some sort of dark gnomes if I had to venture a guess. Why do we live in these small towns where the this type of risk is so high? Because it's family friendly, of course! Anyway, when this happens we all know the stores are going to be looted. Most of the goods will be gone except for two or three items that will seem useless but prove to be crucial in resolving the threat (blank keys, hairspray, bike lock, etc). Walmart has everything needed for the upcoming mini-apocalypse that will befall Lebanon. I know someone else will probably grab it before I do, but I have my eyes on 32 gauge shotgun in sporting goods. Also of value, gas cans and grill lighters. If you can get one, grab a first aid kit, looters tend to miss those on the first pass through when they're worried about Land Sharks or Giant Spiders or whatever. Walmart has virtually everything you need and lots of stuff you don't. It's all fairly priced for those of us that stuff their wallets with old receipts and phone numbers of ex-girlfriends we intend to call one day. In a pinch, when I need something of little value and low build quality I head to Walmart. Maybe some of you head to K-Mart, but I wouldn't, their ammunition supply case is sorely lacking. So, yeah, go to Walmart. Please don't "Loot" it until you're absolutely sure the Zombie apocalypse is upon us. Until then all looting is considered shoplifting and expressly prohibited by state law and deserving of incarceration and society's scorn. This is for the "tire center" at the Lebanon Wal-Mart. Been there once with a friend and recently for myself. The staff are very nice but very unprofessional! Line of people standing there and they just keep chitchatting and carrying on. On top of that, and I quote "call back Tuesday to see if the truck came in or not. I have no idea if they will". It didn't. Went to Tires 4 less just down the street. He ordered the tires and they came the next day! Amazing! read more

I shop at this location at least once a week. Or at least I did. I was just trying to use the bathroom to change my clothes after work because I walk home and two Walmart employees, one of which who looked like a manager or supervisor very rudely approached me and told me that I need to leave and I can't enter the store with a backpack. I would have been fine with this if they had given me another option, like store my backpack in a safe spot or something like that. But instead they lost a customer and I will be contacting Walmart support in regards to their customer service and the way treat people. read more

Already bias because I hate huge corporation stores like this and for some reason the beyond trashy/sketchy population percentage. But how can you call yourself a 24 hour store if you cannot access all the store 24 hours a day? As a night shifter sometimes I have to do my shopping at weird hours and if I need something from cosmetics I'm out of luck. Also everytime I try to find something it's like we are in the apocalypse and the store has been ransacked and stripped- messy, under stocked. Winco has better deals on a lot of things too. I avoid shopping here at all costs in any city. It's Walmart as a whole not just Lebanon. I'm not blaming the employees- I've never had a bad interaction- it's not their fault it's just the stupid policies. I just don't get how you don't have someone on shift that can let you into cosmetics or jewelry or whatever. Those hours for those "separate departments" aren't even posted anywhere so how are we supposed to know...? Also every other store has makeup. Yours is not more special or expensive so why the added frustration of making people check out of the cosmetic area when we have a cart full of other things we will have to wait through a 5 person line because they only have 3 out of 21 lanes open.... ugh. read more

This is now my local Walmart for the time being, and it feels like other Walmarts back home. They have a great selection of various foods, household goods and anything you may need. The only downside I would say is because I find that the stores cater to the local population, you may not be able to find certain things you may have found at other Walmarts, like how I can't find my sweet potato sunshine cereal by Kashi, but that's just about it for myself. You also may be able to find some cool local beers since it is Oregon, so in the end, best of luck shopping! read more

Opted for cashback at the Express Self Checkout. Attendant saw the dispensed $20 in cashback that I opted for during payment checkout. She wasn't sure whether it was my $20 or the previous customer although I showed her my receipt that clearly showed the $20 cashback. She yanked the $20 and took it to customer service. When I got over to customer service, I tried in vain to get my $20 back and showed them the receipt listing the cashback amount. They refused to give me the $20 stating that I could not prove to them that the $20 was from my receipt. Taking legal action would cost me more than $20, so I had to let it go. Suffice it to say that I will never shop there again. read more

Went to return an air mattress that I bought less than a week ago and was used 3 times and on the third time it deflated. (Two small kids sleep on it so it's not like there was a weight problem). We didn't have the receipt but paid with a debit. We definitely did not want another one but they made us take another. The customer service (lack of customer service skills) girl proceeded to point to the 8x11" print out of the air mattress policy on the wall and said that we couldn't get our money back due to it being opened. I informed her that if I had known that then I would not have made the purchase in the first place. She continued to be a rude sassy bitch the whole time. We had to go get another air mattress and when we got back I informed her that they needed the policy by the air mattresses not at the front of the store where no one is going to see it. She again got sass and said that she was not going to help us because I was being rude. (Excuse me? I was being rude? I was giving advice on what should be done so customers will understand their policy.. but okay..). She put everything down, called her manager and made us wait to the side. The phone rang and said that she was not going to help us. The manager came out and I explained what I had told her about placing a policy by the air mattresses and that once I said that to her she freaked out. The funny part in all of this was the girl had to help us do the return. Will not be going back because I can't stand whiny/rude associates that won't help. They made me feel like it's my fault that I didn't run up to customer service to check out every flippin policy before I make my purchases. read more

Worst management of a Walmart I've ever seen ! The lady in dressing room department had to crawl under the doors to unlock them because they didn't have the key which is terrible management of your employees felt so sorry for her. Three weeks ago I asked some bearded manager if they sold the displays because the jack Skellington air blown display was the only one left and he said no. Then the Thursday after Halloween I come in and they have displays in boxes marked display in quotations on the box with 10% on the box and the ( bearded) manager won't honor the additional 10% with the half off Halloween decorations discount. He told me anyone could have wrote that on the box. Really??? What a dumbass!!! I told him he had a low-volume store and Albany was just 10 minutes down the road.... I didn't appreciate the smart ass smirk on his face the whole time we were talking either and I told him that!!! read more

Where to begin. Coming home from camping on labor day at 7:00 PM my RV threw the tread from the passenger front tire. We pulled over just outside of Eugene, OR and found significant damage caused by the tread. After swapping out the spare tire we got back on the road. Approximately 20 minutes later the left rear tire blew a hole right in the middle of the tread and we were now officially stuck. We were in a caravan of 3 campers with 10 adults, 6 children and 2 dogs. Kids starting school on tuesday and adults going back to work. Now it's 8:30 and after calling 3 different roadside assistance plans that I have we find out that nothing covers our RV and we are looking at hundreds of dollars to get a SEMI - Lowboy tow dispatched and tow us. Then on of my friends in the group suggested we start calling around to see if anyone had tires and the ability to mount them for us. At 8:30 PM on Labor Day. (A fools errand for sure) Somehow he was able to get ahold of Ronald Burton ACC Manager at store 1775 in Lebanon, OR. Ronald said they had 2 tires in stock that would fit my camper. The Tire and Lube center was already closed but he volunteered to wait for us to get there. 30 minutes away and he would help us get back on the road. Once we finally got there he was waiting with a great big smile on his face (I hugged him immediately) He got on his radio and called Jesse Winningham (hugged him too). These angels took the bad tires off, put the new tires on, and balanced them for us. We were on the road back to the caravan of campers in less than 30 minutes. There is no amount of thanks that can sufficiently be said for these gentlemen. I know that it was not their responsibility to do this and was WAY above and beyond yet they did it with a smile. Ok 1st off let me say its a Walmart and it gets the job done that's about how exciting this store is I literary go there for the conveyance of being able to get mutable items I need in one place at a decent price that's it that's the draw. Moving on the service is usually horrific unless you happen to run into one of the employees who are actually pleasant and that's a real hit or miss I can understand why with how this retail titan treats its employees they don't have a lot to be happy about and rightfully so as most of them are on welfare full time workers on government assistance cause Walmart simply doesn't pay enough to make ends meet. Unless your a manager maybe they seam to be in their "own little worlds" in Walmart. Anyways moving on the grocery department in this store is HORRENDOUS nothing is stocked in the right place hell the entire store is like this nothing in the right place the shelves are always bare and empty its like shopping the day after a mega sale on black friday only every day! even toys is barren half the time. But back to grocery I suggest you be VERY CAREFUL buying meat at this location as ive gotten chop meat home mutable times and put in it my fridge only to go to use it the next day and have it be almost RANCID! I can only conclude they are playing games with the refrigeration? cause it seams the meat was on its way out when I bought it tho it looked fine really weird end of the day I just got tired of feeling ill and having to run back rancid meat so I just stopped buying meat there all together.Their produce is also kinda gross ive seen rotten moldy items up on the displays you buy a salad bag and its slimy with in a few days? this is not normal for fresh produce something is seriously wrong. The pharmacy is a joke I had to use them for a while after I had gotten sick between the over charges and them never having pills in stock it was a nightmare not to mention if you do not pick up your pills in a day or two they will return them and then you have to get a new prescription all together I was very ill and couldn't always get in that quick so that made things very complicated and stressful at a time when I was suppose to be recovering.The carts for the disabled are always broken or dead or a mix there of I have a heart condition so there are days I need to take things a bit slower well not in this store seams those carts are more for the lazy bugger's then the genuinely sick..I know that's not really Walmart's fault themselves but one would think in such a big store they might have more carts that actually work some what well.. The Jewelry counter is a joke everything is strangely fake? I tried Christmas shopping there only to be sorely disappointed more gold plate and CZs then ive ever seen in my entire life in one place what's the point of having a "fine jewelry" counter if all your selling is junky trinkets? I really don't know..I know its Walmart and not Tiffany but common already do we have no expectation any any sort of quality out of this chain anymore?..Their seasonal is a huge joke they were removing Christmas items on Dec 6th by Dec 12th almost every seasonal decoration was gone? I know stores rotate that early now a days but really? Ugh I could prob go on forever about this lackluster over all disappointing store and as I don't drive at the moment I am kinda limited to dealing with this shit show of a retail store..I remember once on black friday seeing a few employees "hiding" saying how they didn't want to deal with it..and I think that pretty much sums up this store in a nutshell as I said in my opening its convenient one stop and that's honestly IT..Don't expect a fun-pleasant-clean or entertaining shopping experience here at all...get in get what you need and get out!..oh and make sure to dodge the tweekers/homeless on your way out too cause there is usually a bunch of them just hanging around the outsides..openly begging all over the property and parking lot..Oh and you might not want to use any of the filthy bathrooms ether dont get me wrong I realize Walmart over all hasn't been good in a very long time but this store is quite possibility THE WORST WALMART IVE EVER BEEN IN my entire life.. read more

Was planning on buying my daughters 1st bike at this store and checked online and it was $20 cheaper for the buy online pickup Instore so at the check out they would not honor the price and said we'd have to go through the online process and take the bike back to the electronics to pick up..not happy with having to do the process so we'd paid for our other items and paid online and picked up at the Albany store instead.. read more
