Hooray for Walmarts that allow overnight parking. It's such a huge help to RVers and yes, I stopped in this evening for a light shop and to use the bathroom before securing the van for the night. As Walmarts go, this one is okay. The parking lot was clean of trash though the carts needed to be brought in. Inside the store, there was no trash that I could see. The shelves were decently stocked. Short queue at the self-checkout. Bathroom was in reasonable shape considering the late night. Overall, A-OK. The tire center should be rated a solid zero. Do not bother with this place even if you have an emergency, call from an hour away, get an appointment, and are told that they can get you taken care of on a Friday afternoon. Appointment times are not honored and if you complain after waiting more than an hour for them to replace one tire, yes one tire!, they will simply say they cannot get to you that day with over two business hours left even if you had an appointment. A complete and total waste of time. Not a single vehicle left the bay in the hour we waited after our appointment. Incompetence at its finest! Do not waste your time on them!!! read more

You're driving cross country. Most of your life is in a giant truck moving across country. On Day 3 as you drive across country solo with your dog, you discover YOU NEED SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE. Thank god this is America, because anywhere you are, there's a Walmart where you can pick up any essentials, road trip or not. Yes, I somehow miscalculated how much dog food little Caye Caye was going to need. They had his favorite brand of dog food in just a size I needed (i.e. I didn't need 45 lbs of it). Problem solved. I have never left a bad review in my life but this needed to be said. I bought a rotisserie chicken here last night and made the 40 min drive home to find there was larva on it. I call the customer service desk to share this and they didn't even apologize. The woman I spoke to couldn't have been less interested in what I had to say. Disgusted is a understatement. read more

This place has everything! Plastic dishes, plastic toys, plastic yard ornaments, plastic flowers and flags made in China. But that is just the good part. Bad part is I ran into my ex Tammy and my four kids. Hid behind some camo (made in Taiwan) but Tammy's current husband found me. We are now drinking buddies and play pool at Mingles when Tammy is watching Ricki Lake reruns and drinking diet pop. Gotta love Walmart!! read more

I have been to Walmart stores across the nation and NEVER have I come across such rude and unhelpful employees. I am from California in Laramie visiting my daughter and needed a pair of pants and a few other things. I didn't realize the store closed at 10pm as most where I am from are 24hr. However i asked an employee if they could assist in finding the clothing section for women who are not plus size and was told the store was closed and the girl refused to assist. Normally I would have just checked out but do to my luggage not making it to Laramie i HAD to find clothes for the next day. I am disgusted with the lack of empathy and customer service skills your employees have and that says ALOT considering I am from California and our walmarts are employed by some real winners. LARAMIE......treat others how you want to be treated....just a suggestion. I will be visiting your walmart again because I am determined to get the names of the employees that I interacted with. read more

No help available. Went to buy steppingstones , border bricks, and mulch and I am 76 with back surgery and my wife and I had to load everything ourselves. What a disgrace for a business. No wonder everyone goes to Cheyenne and Fort Collins. read more

I don't go to Walmart often, but have been very impressed with the grocery pick-up recently. The employees are efficient and friendly. I appreciate the work that they are doing! We did go into the store the other day and one of the employees went out of his way to help us. I wish I would have gotten his name so that he can get the credit that he deserves. read more

The only reason that I am giving a one rate is because there is nothing less to give. I went into the tire center on Tuesday night and purchased tires from a very nice gentleman who educated me on the types of rubber, how the tires worked, etc. I purchased them ahead of time because it was the last two tires of the tread and brand, with the plan to arrive at the Walmart tire center at 0700, the next day, when they were suppose to be open and ready for customers. I was advised there would be five technicians on so they would be able to get me in and out in time for work. I arrived at the Walmart Tire Center bay at 0640 and waited and waited and waited and finally at 0702 someone began moving and opening up the bays. I was advised to go inside where they could sign me in. I stood inside at the counter for five minutes with no one signing anyone in. Finally a sales associate noticed a line forming in the tire center area and asked if we had been helped. I told her no. She called the assistant manager Steffen who said to get the guy in the bay to do it, but he was going to be another four to five minutes, so Steffen came to the front. First do not pass off the job to someone else, get your butt up there and provide service. So Stephen finally comes up and I tell him I have purchased tires the night before and I am there to have them put on the front end of my car. He begins to argue with me telling me that they should be put on the back end in order for me to receive more control of my car. I proceeded to tell him that this is a front-wheel drive car and that I need the tires on the front, not the back. He again argues with me, at which point I told him to just put the tires on the front or I would get my money back and go elsewhere. He signs me in and puts on the order to rotate and balance the tires with the back ones....I just want the tires put on the front people. Finally at 0730 my tires have been found because they were never taken off the shelf like I was told would happen, but at this point I have spoke to my husband who is very unhappy with the service provided me. So instead of Walmart servicing the tire, we put them in the back and the Honda dealership will get to do the work. I apologized to the service technician for leaving that I knew it was not his fault that the tires couldn't be found, or the way I was treated. He indicated that this was not the first time the tire service manager had rubbed a customer the wrong way. read more

Whatever you do, do not EVER take your vehicle to Wal Mart. Spend a few extra dollars and go to some place that understands what you want. They lost my spare tire and I had to go yell at them to get a new one, plus the truck was an hour and a half late. They also forgot to replace the drain plug on my friend's truck and he had to have his vehicle towed to Omaha after he broke down in the middle of Nebraska. read more
