Lots of bags and wallets too. I scored a great looking no name clutch that looks expensive (like Coach) for only $5. I spotted a gorgeous leather bag but it needed repairs that I wasn't interested in making. If you like to thrift, this place is a must in Laramie! Easy street parking.

The jacket had a pink clearance tag like the other 50%-off items, and the tag matched the jacket (brand/color/size) with a printed price of $33--see my photo for reference. It was also dirty with spots on the shoulder I am hoping will come out. At checkout, the clerk said the tag was "wrong," took the jacket away, and I waited about 13 minutes at the register alone while a long line formed. When he returned, he said the jacket was now $40, but he'd honor 50% off the new price--which came to $20 instead of $16.50 (50% of $33), an extra $3.50. This last-minute price change felt confusing--especially since it was on the clearance floor and the tag details matched the item. What would have helped: * Honor clearly tagged clearance pricing (or post a clear exception policy). * If a tag needs verifying, ring up the other people with another checker so the line isn't held up. * Post the basement discount policy near the rack so expectations are clear. Sharing this so management can improve the process as this felt terrible. If there's a policy explanation I missed, I'm happy to update this review.

As she was telling us to move we could hear other employees laughing in the back ground. We promptly left and will not return due to the rudeness of the employees at this store.

I wanted to get into skate skiing, but had no idea what to look for so I asked the older gentleman who worked there, Jay, if they had a pair that would be a good fit. Jay picked out these blue atomic RC9s and told me they were skate skis. Then he picked out a pair of boots, and poles. Ignorant at the time, I believed him and bought them. When I found out they were not skate skis and contacted the owner, Rob, about returning them, he explained that their no return/exchange policy did not require them to purchase them back from me. I have been scammed by NU2U and as a college student, their actions are financially felt.

A final visit to purchase gifts and souvenirs for ourselves and loved ones as well as a hostess gift for our trip coordinator was a thrill. Staff person was so helpful and accommodating with packaging our fragile items to assure each made a safe return home intact. The building itself is also a sight to behold and unable to miss. Large mural depicting Wyoming sites and sights (featuring a pronghorn) was easily seen as we meandered through the downtown area doing our sightseeing. State and county tax combined is also less than just our state tax that we have back home, so an even greater value and with definite quality of items.
