When I went inside to use the restroom they must have just been serviced because they were squeaky clean. She never gave me her name, but she demanded to know who I was. I explained that I'm a trucker and that I just want to fuel up. She then transferred me to their shop, who couldn't help me since they aren't responsible for the pumps. I was really disappointed because other locations have never treated me this way any time I've called to ask. Love's is notorious for their friendliness but I felt disrespected, their lack of customer service was not okay. Because of this negative experience I just left to get fuel at a different travel stop instead.
