This year, 2023, a gentleman named Tim took over running the store and has COMPLETELY turned it around! It is now so clean, organized, well stocked and friendly! You couldn't get down most of the aisles before without tripping over things, it was an ADA nightmare no way someone in a wheelchair could get around in there. Now the aisles are clear! Tim greets you with a smile and a kind word and cares so much about your shopping experience. I was in there today and speaking with him and an older Hispanic woman came in and he greeted her in Spanish and carried on a conversation with her in Spanish which was so wonderful to see the inclusion and love for all people of different backgrounds and cultures. Which is not common in this area. I am so grateful this gentleman Tim came in and took over this store. He leads his team with kindness and confidence. I checked the size chart and ordered the appropriate size but when it arrived it was extremely too large. I couldn't find any information on the website about how to do an exchange so I called the customer service number and was told the gift recipient would have to pay shipping to send the item back and then reorder it, at a higher price, and pay for shipping again. When I told them this is horrible because she just wanted to smaller size, they said the only way to exchange is in store. The nearest store is almost 1,800 miles away.
